I went on a google dive and found this one recommended over and over again, so i took a chance and my mouth irritation is gone!its not the cheapest but its lasted for about a month or so and its probably the best tooth paste ive ever used. it doesnt foam so there no need to rinse your mouth. it feels like brushing with a solid coconut paste, if that makes sense. it leaves my gums nice and smooth and my breath is GREAT. unless i can find better, this is gonna be my go to paste from here on out.

My sons have been using this since April 2025 and so far everyone in the house fights over it. *16 year old said it took away sensitivity and it helps with pain when his braces get adjusted.*14 year old had issues with cavities and needed over 400 worth of work ..went back to dentist and he had no cavities and the work doesn't need to be done.. he swears that his teeth feel healthy and strong.My hubby and I just bought the whitening one for us so we don't have to use theirs...The younger girls 2/9 years old love it and the taste is not to strong or minty that they gag. My 9 year old has had issues with her teeth from medications and they always stayed orange.. boka fixed that and her treeth dont feel as porus.. that is major!!!They run in asking to use the boka over their toothpaste.. guess what its safe for kids and if you don't trust that they have kids one's too..We are getting the kids one next. My whole family loves boka...

I've been using the Japanese brand Apagard Premio toothpaste for a couple of years now and now I've tried this Boka toothpaste while looking for alternatives that wold be less costly.Boka Toothpaste is very mild and makes brushing your teeth better. It doesn't have that harsh mint flavor which with most toothpastes feels like it's burning your mouth. It comes in multiple flavors and when you're done brushing your teeth, there is no need to rinse your mouth as it is a safe toothpaste to use.After using it for a few days, I feel that I will keep using the Boka brand from now on.I just wish that most stores would carry this toothpaste instead pf selling all those major brands which are full of fluoride.Did a bit of research and found that Boka Toothpaste has the same percentage of nano-hydroxyapatite as Apagard premio which is 10%. So that means that Boka Toothpaste is just as good if not better.No FluorideNo Harsh burning Mint FlavorSafe to shallowMultiple flavors10% nano-hydroxyapatiteKeeps your teeth StrongAnd one thing I've noticed is nano-hydroxyapatite makes your teeth less sensitive by rebuilding your tooth enamelI ordered four flavors, Watermelon Mint, Strawberry Mango, Orange Cream and Coco Ginger.So far, I've tried the Coco Ginger and I was surprised at how mild it was and it didn't have the sharp taste that ginger usually has. It is good and I enjoy it. I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors. The Orange Cream I'm sure my wife will like if I can get her to try it. But she can be very stubborn at times.I see there are some other flavors which I intend to try such as the Cinnamint, Cucumber Dill, Lemon Lavender and Strawberry Basil. Not sure if I should try the Ela Mint as I don't know how strong or mild the mint will be.I'm sure that if places such as Walmart brick & mortar stores sold this toothpaste, that it would sell really well.

6.16.2025First of all, it feels little bit weird while brushing my teeth with it because it isn’t foaming. But tastes very light. It gives a regular toothpaste effect very well. That means it’s natural. It cleans teeth well also. I feel fresh and clean after using it. Its tube looks bigger but toothpaste inside not filled thoroughly when comparing the tube to what’s inside of it. Color is almost gray. I looked up the ingredients. Nothing is wrong with that. Everything is natural. I’ll share it ingredients here with a pic. I have been using it for about 2 days. Haven’t seen any noticeable improvement. I’ll update it next week or so. Overall, I like everything about this toothpaste.Update : 6.27.2025I used it for 2 weeks for every day. I changed from 5 star to 4 star because it’s not mineralizing the teeth. It’s whitening them but no mineralization unfortunately as promised. I guess other ingredients are abrasive enough so that they eliminate nano hydroxyapatite use for mineralization. For that reason, it’s great for white teeth but doesn’t help fortify enamel.

I have been using sensodyne toothpaste for years and always said I have sensitive teeth. I have been using these for about 2 weeks and I haven't had any tooth pain since. My teeth looked whiter in the mirror this morning, but that was before my coffee. Was I fully awake or use to the coffee staining!? I am not in love with the price tag, but I am in love with the results. So I will grit my teeth and purchase the larger tubes. As far as flavors, the mint is your standard toothpaste mint freshness. The coco ginger was surprisingly good and refreshing. I would it at night before bed and the mint in the morning before work. I will always stick to the mint, but I think I am going to try another flavor. I would recommend trying this if you have sensitive teeth. I will update further after my dentist appointment. If they see a change I will buy stock in this company!

I use this in combination with a fluoride toothpaste because idk how I feel about ditching the fluoride all together and I can’t say for sure if it’s working but my teeth do feel stronger and after a while of not going to the dentist, I had no cavities so it’s definitely not hurting! It’s a great amount for the price and the flavor is really nice and not too intense.
Lemon Lavender Subtle Taste, Improving gums Teeth sensitivity

I am on a mission to heal my teeth/ gums: realising i have some gum recession/ weakness thinness at end of top front teeth. Happy that the taste is subtle, natural, mostly lemony and always look for a non-mint taste toothpaste. I'm combining using this toothpaste with also 1) an upgrade in my toothbrush (I now have an Oral B battery operated Toothbrush - the head is soft/med and the pulse on my gums is feeling helpful) - this battery brush is a significant upgrade to the one i was using from Boots which didn't give a pulse on/ massage to the gums and head had less contact with tooth/ was harder 2) a morning and evening practice of Oil Pulling with coconut oil and 1x drop of grapefruit essential oil organic. 3) a mouth rinse either homemade with pink salt/ celtic salt/ bicarb soda OR the Saraken/ Aloe mouth rinse. I've been with this routine for around 3 weeks now and already gums are much pinker, not bleeding (I feel this is mostly the oil pulling which i do for 10 - 20 mins 2x a day). And, i'm able to massage the gums with this new brush/ this toothpaste without any bleeding/ sensitivity. My teeth a feeling less sensitive and stronger. I'm also seeing the dentist/ hygienist to explore possible more 'cosmetic' composite filling for the teeth with exposed roots - possible invisalign treatment to make brushing easier (teeth a crowding together at the bottom - as they did when i had braces as a young girl/ woman). Toothpaste is pricey - the most i've spent on a toothpaste! - and so maybe i will combine this with making-up a toothpaste myself e.g. coconut oil/ bicarb soda sometimes or other toothpaste. And, do feel money well spent at the moment. Thank you to other reviews - the reviews re: the subtle taste and less tooth sensitivity helped me decide to buy. Only problem is it does taste so good need to make sure don't over brush my teeth!

Far too sweet
I’m allergic to mint so was excited to find an alternative to the fennel toothpaste I’ve been using for ages. Unfortunately, the white cranberry ingredients make it cloyingly sweet, not only in taste, but also in smell; every time I open my medicine cabinet, the smell wafts out, reminding me of the flavour. I would much rather it have the tartness of cranberries, which is what I thought it would be. I’d also rather have no flavour at all.Obviously, I can’t return it, once used, so I’ll have to continue with it. Otherwise, I’m throwing a LOT of money down the drain. Very disappointed, to say the least.
