Works for me with night sweats, hot flashes and moodiness as I have noticed a helpful difference in these areas with daily use. I love the pump bottle comes pre-measured so for me, one pump does it and I do rotate daily in application to different parts of my body. I have had no irritation or allergic reactions. It is a very mild clean scent with natural ingredients. Consistency is key and must be used as directed. I always look to buy on a special which they run a couple of times a year.

This estrogen cream has been quite beneficial in improving my mood and energy levels, especially when I'm feeling low. I also use it in conjunction with a low-dose progesterone cream to help balance my hormones. It's pleasantly unscented, moisturizes effectively without leaving a sticky residue, which is convenient, and it doesn't irritate my skin. I find it to be an excellent value, particularly when it's on sale. I appreciate the high quality and the use of bio-identical hormones, which are best suited for my body.

I been using this brand for a couple years now. I love its naturally made from wild yam. Since I don’t consume fresh wild yam this alternative boosts my estrogen level I did blood work a month before and after using every night for 45 days my blood work showed the estrogen levels increased. I combined the estrogen and PROGESTO-life (SM Nutrition) it works wonders with my hormones since I am post menopause.

I bought this for the usual reasons a woman of menopausal ages would buy this. Absurdly, my dog had eaten the remainder of the estriol I had been using, so I needed something quickly since I was about to leave town for a week. The hot flashes returned in full force within a day of not using the other product and a day of using this one. They did not abate, but actually worsened. The same for fatigue and brain fog; I have been feeling like a sweaty and worn out zombie. I have heard that this can be good on the skin for decreasing wrinkles, so I am going to use the rest of this for that, because I am unable to ascertain what else it might be good for

I don't feel like it does much, and the truth is there are times when I question whether it actually has the ingredients they say Bioidentico has, because of the price.

I like the cream

I purchased twice. Still finishing first bottle. I use on my face. I like the effects. Subtle but nice brightening and smoothing of skin.What I don't like is that the cream pills and creates a gritty mess with my sunscreen. Not sure what to do about that. I have a question that wasn't answered about using the cream daily because it is my understanding that estrogen receptors in skin get exhausted and need breaks. Wondering if it's the same for phyto estrogen creams.
