Awesome product, comes with lots of spare sponges and paper. Having both lids allows me to do a wet pallet for each of my nephews while we paint together. I use the dry pallet for my oil paints and they keep relatively nicely in there. The sponges retain water nicely. The design makes it really easy to travel with. I've had a couple other wet pallets before and I really like this one for the price and usability.

This is nifty! Hard to get paint out of the sectional tray if you let it dry in there, but I consider this “user error.” It is rather small, but I don’t typically use large canvases, so it suits my needs just fine.

I was a little disapointed with this pallette. It does do as it says and keeps your paints wet. However, the paper is just wax paper and fell apart under my abuse. I love the sponge. The added pallette is a nice touch. The top lid and bottom tray can be used as the wet pallette, but if you have to close the pallette, and you use the top tray, it still has to go on top. It was also chunky for my small space since I was using the wet pallette and the paint pallette trays at the same time.When I painted, I was painting for hours and I felt like it wasn't keeping my paint as wet as other wet pallettes I've used for long paint sessions.If you're just painting some crafts as a beginner painter, it's not a bad pallette.If you're painting on a professional level, I'd recommend a better wet pallette.

I bought this palette because I was tired of having to replace the sponge in my Masterson sta-wet palette. I like the Sta-Wet palette. It's works ok but the sponges for it seem to start to disintegrate after a couple weeks and for such a crappy cheap sponge the price seemed to much. Anyways, the Nicpro palette had good reviews and the price was good. It works great, my paints lasted almost a week without drying out and i live in a dry hot climate. Plus, it came with a bunch of extra papers and several sponges. The sponges seem to be better quality than the ones for the sta-wet palette. They're easier to rinse off and they are much smoother. The only thing is they weren't gray like the description says. They're more of a black shade, if thats important to you. I dont usually leave reviews unless a product is really bad or really good so me leaving this reviews means I was really impressed. I also just got some paint brushes from the same brand and I like them too.

This has become my mainstay pallet when painting miniaturesI can paint all I want. put the cover on, come back the next day and usually the paints are still good.some thicker paints dry out, but for the most part the paints are usuable for days as long as you keep water in the tray.quite a big surface area, ive never run out of space on it.liked it so much I got one for a friend as a gift.

Almost good but not quite. Let me start with the positives. The anti bacterial sponge substrate is great and the fact that they give you four is wonderful. The transfer paper is as good as any other parchment type paper. The fact that they include 100 is a big plus. The size of the pallet is an ideal size for my needs.Now the negative. I have large hands and this thing is awkward to open even with large hands. The plastic material is smooth and from a cosmetic standpoint, it looks nice. However, as the unit fits together snuggly, the lack of grip makes for an awkward open and when it is full of paint this could be troublesome. The middle pallet for me is less useful than say a brush organizer or storage compartment for the extra paper and sponges would have been but it is what it is and fine the way it is just a personal preference. However, The top lid will not fit the bottom tray without the middle tray in place which baffles my mind. I would love to have used this with just the top and bottom but you can not close it without the middle pallet in place.All in all it serves it's purpose and the sponges are nice but I think if I had handled this in a store I probably would have kept shopping. I definitely would have bought the sponges and papers as they are great. I really like the Nicpro products and use their paints regularly but this just felt like a miss for me.

Overall a great tray! Perfect travel size and good for home or studio. I only wish that I could stack the top lid on the bottom to use as a secondary wet pallette and then have the mixing tray on the top. But that's just because I'm an ADHD multi tasker who is working on multiple paintings at any given time or sometimes I need to use a secondary color scheme that's in need of a wet pallette. I work in acrylics. That said, that's just an improvement that I would love to see in the future to maximize the functionality. This is working great for now!
A must for those who paint in acrylic
I love, love, love this travel palette. It keeps my paints ready to go for many days. I do not have the waste of precious art supplies.

Good quality so far, my first wet palette but does everything I need. Plenty of extra sheets and foam pads as well so great value.

Efficace et pratique
Bon article pour les loisirs créatifs. Efficace et étanche, la peinture ne déborde pas. Le système de papier humidifié evite les salissures et le gaspillage d'eau. Une feuille peut être utilisée sur plusieurs jours il suffit de re-humecter l'eponge. Je ne conseille pas pour le travail en extérieur. En revanche le système se range facilement dans un sac. Les plateaux s'emboitent bien et ils sont tenus par un élastique assez costaud.
