I'm a 77 year old female and I've noticed that I have more energy and alertness after about 2 weeks. I had a Kyphoplasty on my T12 Vertebrae 2 years ago and have much pain lying flat on my back on the floor. Now after 30 days I've noticed that when I lay on the floor for stretching I no longer wince in back pain, also I'm sleeping 7 hours instead of intermittent 5 hours a night. And I have a new sense of calm in this crazy political climate SoYes I think this is truly working for me! Yes it's pricey but the benefits are worth it to me.

I can’t claim anything about the efficacy of this product as I’ve only tried it a couple of times. However, it is outrageously expensive for the ingredients, which are common commodity supplement ingredients. If this was under a lower price manufacturer, these bottles would be running maybe $10.The other issue is the taste. Sure, it’s sort of pleasant, but it’s overly sweet and I don’t like the fact that it’s using mallitol.I don’t know the wisdom of playing with your body using pills like this. I saw one pretty concerning review here, but otherwise many positive ones. But remember we are playing with nature, and this doesn’t appear to be a gentle supplement. It appears to pack a lot of horsepower. Use reasonable caution. I am sold on the issue of nitric oxide, but I also want to approach it in the correct way. I’m still evaluating this medication.

Well, like many other reviews of this product, I experienced adverse effects. I was ok at first. I took the nitric oxide lozenges for about two weeks, twice a day (12 hrs apart). Then on about the 14th day my hard and soft palate and my tongue swelled up. I didn’t connect the swelling to the nitric oxide at first and I actually took two more doses (24 hrs apart). My soft palate swell enough during the night that it woke me up because I was having a little trouble breathing. I started connecting the dots at this point and stopped the nitric oxide lozenges. It took 6 or 7 day for my palate to get back to normal and my tongue about 10 days because the product actually did tissue damage, similar to chemical burns, to my palate and tongue. I don’t know why my mouth tolerated them for almost two weeks and then suddenly did not, but once my mouth did not it was bad. As far as a nitric oxide boost from the product, I can’t say that I noticed any benefit there either, which was unfortunate because I had high hopes for the product.

A little expensive, but it is actually helping at least as far as I can tell. I'm revising this review with some evidence that it is working for me:Firstly, I'm a 62-year-old male in relatively decent shape. I work out in my home gym 1hr+ each week day and 1/2 hr. on weekends. I very rarely miss a workout. I track myself on an Apple watch. I have maintained this pattern for about 5 years now. Before that I was 50lbs overweight and did not work out for quite a few years and obviously wasn't careful about what I ate.Okay, for Christmas I received a bottle of this product. I had my blood pressure taken at a Dr. appt. after using the first bottle. It was 102/60 which I was told is excellent. I've always had good blood pressure, but nothing like this.Secondly, for my 1/2-hour workout on Saturdays and Sundays, I run, in place, in my office/ gym. I do not have treadmill, so my metrics are me against me. I have typically 'run' about 3 - 3.5 miles in 30 minutes and burned about 400 - 430 calories in that time. After using this product for a month (and continuing to use it) I have seen significant improvement. I just finished a 'run' and ran 4.5 miles burning 598 calories. The only reason I didn't go farther and burn more calories is because I have 62-year-old bones and joints and I could tell I was going to injure myself if I exerted myself more. It was not due to a lack of energy.One more thing to note that I believe could be impacting my performance and the gains I'm seeing from using this product is that I have taken Vitamin K2 and Nattokinase for quite a while. It is my understanding that both of these supplement's help keep the arteries and veins clear. Also, in 2018 I went off all 'added' sugar except for 1 cheat day a week. I don't know, but I suspect that both of these things may have improved the efficacy of these lozenges. Oh, finally, as per Dr. Bryan's recommendations, I do not use a mouth wash and use a non-fluoride toothpaste. Good health all!

I started using this product and had a bad reaction in my mouth similar to what others had reported. I had the book The Secret of Nitric Oxide by Nathan Bryan, PH.D. So I contacted him via email. His response was:"People with acidic saliva have an irritation to the lozenge. Swish baking soda and water for 30-60 seconds to alkalize the oral cavity and then take the lozenge. "Also stop using toothpaste with fluoride and mouthwash.This worked for me.
