We originally tried this product while my pup was recovering from intestinal surgery at the recommendation of our vet. We discontinued it 30 days after surgery thinking it would be a temporary thing. We quickly discovered this was helping so many issues for our pup. She had the most foul gas I have ever smelled in my life. She could out gas my teen boys and their friends to the point they would leave the room gagging. Riding in the car with her was only possible on days we could have the windows down or you risked creating your own mobile gas chamber. She earned the nickname “Baby Aushwitz” and wore it like a badge of honor. There were other GI problems like gurgling, loose stools, etc that have all been resolved using this probiotic daily. Her coat is also less coarse and reduced shedding, which I am assuming is a cascade effect of her GI symptoms resolving. Our pup is back to her happy self and so thrilled she no longer chases all of her new friends away. Thank you from a woman who was tired of freezing in the car because it was safer than breathing Remi farts.

My senior dog recently had a major tooth extraction about 80 teeth removed, including a difficult canine tooth. Before surgery, he underwent many tests to ensure he was safe under general anesthesia. The surgery went well, but within 24 hours after, he developed severe diarrhea. He was on a lot of pain medication, and the diarrhea was so bad I even had to call out of work to care for him. It was overwhelming and heartbreaking to see him struggle so much with diarrhea and constipation at the same time.I contacted the oral surgeon, and they recommended giving him a probiotic because the stress from anesthesia and medication was likely upsetting his digestive system. I started him on this probiotic, and within 24 hours, he was already improving still having diarrhea maybe twice a day, but much better. Within 48 hours, his stool returned to normal, and he was feeling like himself again.When I stopped the probiotic, the diarrhea returned, so I knew it was working. I’ve kept him on it longer now, and he’s doing so much better. As a senior dog with a delicate stomach, this product really made a difference for him.I highly recommend this probiotic to anyone whose dog is recovering from surgery or dealing with digestive issues.

I have one of the pickiest dogs I have ever met, and he's a hound so if he smells it he won't eat it. This, though, he went wild for! Opening the package he sat like I was unwrapping treats. I mixed a scoop in with his kibble and he gobbled it all down. Amazing. Very secure packaging which I love (he has a tenancy to break open plastic jars), and I was impressed that it has an extra space at the top that lifts out to keep the scoop in. I know we all hate digging around for that scoop. Very easy to use product, very straight forward dosage. Powder isn't clumpy at all. I'm very excited to have found this product, well worth the money!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:My little girl chi has a sensitive stomach. This seems to help. The problem is she doesn't care much for beef. Wish this came in chickèn flavor.

I've purchased this a couple of times and it works well for my girl, who is prone to bloating and constipation.A huge bonus is my picky girl loves the peanut butter flavor of it. In fact, she's so picky that she won't eat most probiotic chews unless I mix them with her food and coat them with something tasty, which is a big pain in my tookus. Now I can mix her other meds and vitamins with her food and then use this powder sprinkled over the top to get her to eat them. Works like a charm!It smells good to me, too, so I understand her enthusiasm. It smells exactly like the peanut butter powder I was using in recipes a couple of years ago!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:WOW! I have a 9 year old dog who has had a lifetime of "soft serve" poo. My vet suggested probiotics. I tried some "human grade" probiotics with no results. I even tried psyllium. On the second day of using this Native Pet as directed my dog had a solid 10 out of 10 normal poop! It has been mostly consistent. There are some days it is a little softer especially when too many Dentastix but this is a product I will repurchase for the rest of his life! Came quickly as promised and love the tin canister, very sturdy and preserves the product. Mixes easily over the dry food or into the wet. Has a pleasant malty smell.

My senior dog is developing tummy troubles as she ages, and unfortunately, one of them is random, unexplained diarrhea. As you can imagine, it’s a miserable experience for her and also for me. One or two doses of this helps almost immediately to clear it up, and her stool is normal once again. I mix the powder with plain, nonfat Greek yogurt and she gobbles it right up like a special treat. Keeping her on this helps so much. In my opinion, it’s well worth the money!

Looks like soft powdered peanut butter but smells like chicken. My dogs ate it like they thought it was a treat. It’s soft and easy to mix into their food. It reminds me of baby formula because it has a lil scoop in it. It made my dogs have firmer poops without struggling. The lid is a lil bit sturdy and stubborn but that ensures freshness
