These work pretty good for awhile then my dark spots came back some.

These work for me in slightly but noticeably reducing dark spots. My biggest issue is that these sometimes leave a temporary circular mark/redness on where they were applied, depending on where they are put. More sensitive areas seem to have a higher likelihood of leaving a temporary circle mark. It typically goes away after a few hours. I use these mostly on my arms, so no big deal, but if you're putting them on your face you might want to be deliberate in how your time your usage.

I did not have real high hopes, but thought I'd try it anyway. I'm 73 years old and have several sun (dark) spots here and there. I used all eight dots on the spot on the right side of my face. I've attached before and after photos. As you can see ...I wasted my money 💸💸💸

I had light therapy (IPL and BBL) done for dark spots and moles, which left me with dark scars/spots on my face several months later. Nothing was helping with them, including scar tape and prescribed sera, so I decided to give these patches a try.They are significantly lightening and flattening my scars! I'm pleasantly surprisedHowever, I have used a patch every night (8 hours or more) for weeks, so it is expensive (about $1.50 per patch). Also, I have to store them in the little plastic case they came in, as they will dry out and curl if left for weeks or months.Basically, I would give them 5 stars for efficacy, but I took off a star because they are so expensive in the context of continued use and because they don't store well.

Visibly removes dark pigmentation over night. I’m always skeptical of products that claim these things because they are seldom true, but these microneedle patch’s actually lighten my dark spots markedly by the next day. Now I’m just trying to find a cheaper dupe but few actually have the niacinamide and I think that’s what does it.

Used faithfully on same dark spot every night with no noticeable improvement betweenbefore and after photos. Giving 3 bc benefit of the doubt that maybe I have the wrong type of spot for it to work?

Totally love these. They work! I have a dark spot on my left cheek & have tried IPL to remove. This product gives better results without the pain & price. The spot has faded significantly. I used it every day for six days, after that every other day - but you need to keep using it. The color will continue to rise over time if not treated in some way. It's WAY cheaper than IPL's & with better results.

I always have these on hand because you never know when you are gonna have a breakout, this for sure controls your acne. Wearing these are so comfortable. It’s an easy application you grab one and put it in the pimple by morning it’s almost gone.
Didn't work
I used all 8 patches on 3 dark spots I had. One was an old scar that was quite dark but the others were new. I used the patched 3 night in a row to concentrate the result and honestly I can say you have to use severval packs per spot to see any difference.
