Massage the shampoo into wet hair, rinse well, then apply the conditioner to the mid-lengths to ends of wet hair, leave in for 3-5 minutes and rinse well. Formulated with Amodimethicone to help repair external damage and smooth the hair cuticle so hair looks healthier and feels smooth, Behentrimonium Chloride for moisture, conditioning and nourishment and Selaginella Lepidophylla Extract, also known as 'the resurrection plant' with moisture retention properties. Got my girlfriend to use it. I have used Hundreds of different shampoos and conditioners throughout my life. Ive used the cheapest crap from a dollar store and used 100 dollar shampoo as well. Ive used Clearly 100 percent toxic shampoo and 100 percent natural store vegan blah blah stuff. My girlfriend has lupus among other things that when using A LOT of brands cause her hair to get worse or Fall Out and she will shed A LOT of hair. This is the ONLY brand that not only works 100 percent and smells good too. The consistency of it is thick but not to thick also. We have since in the last few months tried some other shampoos from a high end Salon, and sadly they are thick smell great and work pretty good but her hair has started to shed and fall out again upon like the second use of them. Back to this brand we go. Love it and probably will never use any other brand the rest of my life and We have many years to go. I typically dont order it anymore since my local TJ Maxx or Marshalls carries it All the time and its the same price.
