I started taking one pill 2x day as directed. I found after 2 weeks it was way too much. I was too chill, didn't want to work. For the past 4 months I have taken 1 before bed. I sleep through the night with fewer wild dreams. I am calmer with my kids and more balanced before my period.I worry about unknown side effects due to lack of testing or FDA review, but for the benefits, it's worth it to me to continue. I highly recommend.

I've taken dozens of supplements over the years and pretty much never feel any sort of effect, good or bad. This is the only product that I back 100%. I've gone through several stressful periods over the last couple of years and both times, Ashwagandha has been a life-saver. Most recently I've been dealing with panic attacks that seemingly come out of nowhere. It's been exhausting to try and keep them at bay. About a week or two after I started taking these supplements, I realized I hadn't even had a passing thought of a panic attack. It took me a second to connect the dots! It's been about a month of taking a capsule daily, and I still feel so much calmer and more at ease day to day. I was seriously considering anxiety medications until I started taking Ashwagandha again. Highly recommend!!!

My wife has tried ashwagandha in the past to calm herself. The other form (powder in a capsule) didn't have much effect on her.This one did; she is getting better sleep at night and calmer during the day. Her naturopathic doctor also recommended this form.

I have had Covid Brain for over 2 years, my memory was rapidly declining along with my ability to focus. Ashwaganda is noted for improving both memory and focus. I feel like I am 99% back to me! Game changet for sure!
