The rubber appears to be solid and is easy to cut. The kit provided more than enough adhesive to do the job. The directions are easy to understand and the installation was very easy. After installing it, I lowered my garage door to hold it in place while the adhesive hardens/dries.

This was a breeze to install! They provide way more silicone adhesive than needed but make sure you have a caulking gun to apply it. The rubber is malleable and doesn't require you to lay it out in the sun to get retrain it. You can easily trim this to size with a box cutter. No special tools needed. Great product!

Arrived fast, installed easy. It was easy to cut the rubber to fit around obstructions with a utility knife. There was plenty of adhesive for our two single-door garage. Each door is 8 feet wide. It looks sharp!

It solved my leak problem. Made very well, heavy material. Hard to cut/trim, see heavy material:-). Came with the blue.My suggestion would be to clean the floor, then re-clean it. Ok, clean it well. If there's dirt/dust on the floor, it won't stick.

This was a game changer for my garage. I’m so glad I found this. For years water was coming into my garage from rain. After I installed this rubber seal. NO more rain, this is the best. Definitely worth the investment. Very good quality, easy to install. You do have to get use to the little bump coming in and out of the garage. Also made my garage door seal tighter. LOVE it.

Con este artículo pude solucionar el problema. Lo coloqué un poco más adentro del límite de la puerta estando cerrada y cuando escurre el agua de la puerta no entra el agua a la sala y toda el agua se queda en el pasillo y el pasillo al final tiene desagüe. Lo mejor de todo es que TRE SILICON , y es muy resistente. Por lo que no tuve que perforar la loza (techo del piso de abajo) para poner táquetes o tornillos para fijarlo. EXCELENTE PRODUCTO, 100% RECOMENDADO.
Does a fantastic job, give it a go
This product has an edge over other similar listings. This is a notch taller, sturdier, but still soft enough rubber. Installed quite easily with the sealant / glue which came along. Water has not seeped under the garage roller door since. Very good quality, years of trouble solved so effectively, thank you kindly.

It's well made. The adhesive could be better. But after all it didn't stop the water from coming in to the garage
