I heard about it so I buy and try it every morning I take 3 capsules. Now it's 10 days honestly I was shocked I lost 3 pounds. Until now. I hope it's from it.. I will continue drinking it to see if it works or not. If not I will change the review or add to it.

Product does work and makes you feel full but!You must drink and drink water as this product absorbs it and turns into a semi solid jello in your stomach. It’s sometimes hard to gauge how much water to drink because sometimes 8oz will do the trick some times more and if you over drink then your stomach hurts and you feel nauseous so carful
