A week of morning and evening medications/supplements. Large spaces hold even chunky vitamins. I have 7 in the AM and 6 in the PM with room to spare. LOVE that I can grab today's little box out of the big box and take them with me. Color sorting the days is also helpful along with the small am/pm symbols. Does not take up a lot of space on my shelf and easy to see when I need to refill. I was using little zip-lock bags to hold my weekly pills - this is so much neater and easier. They also seem to stay closed well - the little boxes and the big box all snap shut. Don't think they are water tight but secure enough that nothing is going to spill out. Good value. Very happy -- I got two so I can set up 2 weeks at a time.

I absolutely love this pill organizer! I’m in remission for cancer and have lots of medications to take along with a lot of supplements. My normal pill organizer could not fit all of my pills and did not have a separation for day/night so I decided to try this one. The compartments are so spacious that I can even fit my huge supplements along with all of my smaller meds. I also love that you can take out each individual day and take it with on the go if you will not be home. It does take a little bit longer to fill each week, but it is totally worth it with how handy this case is! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love these! I got them for organizing my dog's medications for the pet sitter while I am away. They fit plenty of medications, including chewable joint medications. They are amazing for organizing, love they come in a case for easy carrying. If I could give it more than 5 starts I would! YOU NEED THESE if you are looking, don't look any farther!

I really like that the day and night are side by side. So much easier to fill than the back to back ones. It has a large capacity for quite a few medications. It is easy to see though to review the contents. Would be more for home vs travel use where you want something compact to fit in your carry on but not so big that it wouldn’t fit in you bag.

This is perfect if you need to take medicine in the morning and in the afternoon and are in the go a lot. It helps me to keep track and avoid confusion when very busy life. It is worth the money. The colors help as a visual aid to know the day of the week. The container is quite big but if you have a lot of pills to take daily and some of them are quite large, but then the daily individual containers have a perfect size to bring anywhere. I prepare it every Sunday morning and no mental load on the week.

So I suggest you really look at the description. I missed somehow that it said XL so I was taken back at how large this is and a bit more than I need for traveling purposes. Saying that: This is a nice pill box. The ability to remove each day at a time as needed for putting in a pocket or purse is great. The clear case that holds the 7 days is secure for packing. As with all plastic stuff, treat it well and it will not break. I personally don't have trouble opening the box. The description has a page with dimension measurements, look at it closely and make sure this fits your needs. It may be too much for those who only need a few pills a day, not a handful. I also like the labeling on each day to not mix up as well as each day is a different rainbow color to help also.

I never thought I’d get excited about a pill organizer, but here we are. The colors for each day actually help me remember my meds (which is saying something). The hard clear case keeps everything locked down, no more pills escaping and causing chaos. Great size and value too. If you’re bad at remembering meds like me, this little rainbow lifesaver is worth every penny!
