Well, I waited too long to return this pan to get a refund. I have kept on trying to give it a chance... amid much denial, hoping it would redeem itself and earn the right to avoid me donating it to Goodwill (or throwing it into the ocean). It just sucks. Like, really hard. Everything I have tried to cook sticks. A lot.It's worthless. Worse pan I have ever had. Do NOT be fooled by its resemblance to Hexclad. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

The first time I used this pan, I learned all the things not to do! So the second time I used it (to make egg toast) I made sure to use a bit of butter/oil. The pan cooks evenly and throughly, which burned my first toast, so I also turned the heat down to medium-high on my electric stove the second time. The toast came out perfectly!Everyone knows what a pain it is to clean dried egg from stainless steel pans—but I used a bit of soft steel wool to scrub the surface and it cleaned so easily! I am so impressed with this pan and I am happy to support a company that is based in the USA.Thank you Cooksy!I am looking forward to purchasing the Cooksy intelligent cooking assistant soon. Cooking will be fun!

Quality fabrication, nice weight, glass lid snug fit. Hollow Stainless Handle.Used twice with oil. Cleans well.Will review again in months.Jury awaits glass lid review hand washed.

Great pan! Heats evenly, non-stick, compares to the Gordon Ramsey pan but at significantly less cost. Will be buying more of this cookware

I’m so Sad!!! Nonstick is NOT the word I would use to describe this pan! It’s advertised as NON stick the Rolls-Royce of nonstick pans! Hard to clean!!! Everything gets stuck in all the groves of the pan! It does clean up after a lot of elbow grease but not non stick as advertised! Sorry I LOVE Gordon Ramsay but not what I was hoping for! Cooks well, steak and lots of great food but Not non stick like a normal non stick pan! Especially for the price!
