There’s no replacement for the real deal.Applied to dry hair, it has a Durable hold and low shine. Wet hair will give a firm hold with some shine. After it dries in wet hair, you can run your hands through your hair to break it up, and it gives the low shine look with a bit of texture.

I've experimented with many of the $20-$30 options on Bolo and I would categorically say this is the best if you have fine and/or thinning hair. Not too tacky when applying, light on the hair to avoid bunching. Smell is not notable. Overall a consistent product with all day hold.
