After being captured by the mutant hunter Dirk Savage, he was rescued by his best friend Rahzar. Together, Tokka and Rahzar form a fearsome duo, wreaking havoc and posing a significant threat to the turtles and their allies. Packaged in a unique collector’s box with a dioramic insert. My son lives the TMNTs but he's also had a fondness for the villain of shows and movies. This character is well made and handle a little roughhousing.

Very show accurate to the cartoon, five fingers on each hand I believe instead of three like the other turtles, articulated jaw, paint is good for the most part neca is better, but the weapons are cool has one mace and one knife with spiked hand guard (fixed blade) so two weapons total. Pretty cool turtle figure though

They do not make toys this good of quality anymore. The detail, the texture of the “fur” everything was well made. Very durable. My kids loved it.

Way Surpasses Price Tag

At first, honestly I did like the look of this guy but it wasn't a 'wow', and the very, very modest price tag motivated me to take a chance. I'm so glad I did. He really won me over when he arrived in person, and now he is a 'wow' for sure. I didn't play around too much with articulation or test whether he could hold his accessories and all that, so I can't comment on that stuff. That would all be a 'bonus' for me in any case!
'89 Tokka - a total menace to society.
Similar to Rahzar, this figure represents the '89 cartoon wonderfully. The colour and detail are astounding. Includes two accessories - a mace and a spiked knife. Tokka's shell is my favourite part of this figure, gives him a very menacing look.
'89 Rahzar is still GOAT.
A classic villian from the TMNT universe. Rahzar feels like he has transported from the '89 cartoon directly into your hands. He comes with two accessories -- a sewer lid and bone club. Decent articulation for the price; solid build and vibrant colours. A must have for your TMNT collection.
