I’ve used L-Arginine in the past and figured I’d give Citrulline a shot since it converts to Arginine in the body anyway—and honestly, this one's been more effective for me.After about two months of use, my blood pressure numbers have been trending in the right direction. What really caught me off guard, though, is that I’ve been waking up in a better mood. I’m not claiming it’s some magic mood booster or anything, but something’s working behind the scenes because I feel a little more energized and positive in the mornings.The only downside is the dosage—four capsules.If you’ve tried L-Arginine before and didn’t feel much, I’d say give this a go.
