I bought this instead of my normal toothpaste (it was out of stock).The flavor is pleasant, not overly strong. It makes my teeth feel nice, and seems to be keeping them clean (it feels like it might be working better than my normal brand).It's a gel (which I like for my toothbrush), but it's a little runnier than my normal brand. Not really an issue, just understand that you might need much less pressure to get the correct amount out (I ended up with way too much the first few times I used it).
