I have to say using it was even better than I had expected. It is so encapsulated with a great carrying/storage case and I really loved how it transformed my beard. It forced me to get three of their other trimming products.

The Beard Hedger is a well designed razor that brings convenience to my daily routine. After a few weeks of use, I can confidently say it gets the job done, but there are a couple of small problems that keep it from being perfect.Pros:The adjustable wheel is a great feature. It’s very easy to use and it eliminates the hassle of constantly swapping out different guards. This makes it great for shading your beard.It’s cordless and waterproof, which makes it super convenient for wet use. I’ve used it in the shower a couple of times without issues. The build quality also feels very sturdy.Cons:While the motor works fine for regular maintenance, it struggles a bit with thicker facial hair. You may need to go over areas a few times for a truly even trim. I notice that if I don't shave regularly, the razor struggles cutting three to four weeks worth of hair in one go.The battery life is decent but not outstanding. I expected a bit more longevity between charges for a trimmer at this price point.Overall, I’m happy with the purchase. It performs well for most trimming needs. Just be aware that it is not a powerhouse for dense beards. Still, I’d recommend it to someone looking for a sleek and easy-to-use grooming tool.

Love the branding. Don’t love paying for the branding. That being said, this is a genuinely good product and over ~6 months it’s proven durable, consistent, and convenient. Battery life is well above average, but that comes along with the clunky size. Accessories, like the branded charging brick and cable, are well made and for the price they should be. The guard is well made too with good rigidity. Like I said earlier, it gives a consistent shave and a clean one at that. With the guard on this baby glides around your face like a puck on ice. I like it, who am I kidding I splurged on this & love it.

So I use a blade for a close shave. I have been wanting to shave when traveling and I can't always shave in the shower. I got a Braun cordless and it does a good job shaving, but can be tricky if I have been a week or more between shaves. That was the reason I purchased this beard trimmer. Leary of electric hair clippers near my throat and lips, I decided I would set the guard a distance from my skin and "sneak up" on my facial hair. The hair cut easily, no pulling or tugging and my throat and lips remained intact. Static caused the clippings to cover the trimmer, a problem I have seen on many electric hair clippers. Turns out these are able to be used in the shower so, no problem with cleaning up. I should mention that they are not noisy, and they have a USB "C" charge port, very nice. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The first beard hedger I purchased would shut off after 5 seconds and keep shutting off. On June 9, 2025, I contacted MANSCAPED and explained the defect. They sincerely apologized and asked for my 17 digit order number. On the same day June 9, 2025, I provided them the order number and MANSCAPED responded by informing me that they verified my purchase and would send a replacement at no charge and asked how I would like it shipped. It was shipped on June 11, 2025, and on June 12, 2025, I received the replacement.MANSCAPED kept me informed every step of the way. The customer service was beyond amazing!Thanks MANSCAPED, Karen

Works like its supposed to. Does a nice job no cuts or pulls. Time will tell on how the battery lasts but so far real good. Little pricier than others but you get what you pay for. I like it and think its worth it.
