I think Lactaid just has a bigger advertising budget because I still seem to have a little discomfort sometimes when I use that - but not with this. I don't even have to think about it. I do take 2 instead of 1 but I always took extra of the other one too.

Arrived on time in excellent condition and exactly what I ordered. The lactase in thia product breaks down lactose, the sugar in dairy products and these tablets have worked great for me for almost a year.
