This book tells the stories of 13 nurses, including the author, who currently work in the fast growing health care field known as Remote Nursing! Marie, through her inspiring stories, offers hope for nurses like me and you who have strongly appreciate being nurses but are tired of the hustle and bustle of bedside nursing. Twelve inspiring stories to confirm the following:* We are not alone.* There are others like us* There are lots of options for LPNs and RNs besides 12-hour shifts at the bedside.This book is fresh air for those of us who desire to remain in healthcare on our own terms as nurses.

This is one of my favorite books, so inspirational and heart-touching testimonials of nurses who left the bedside. I have been a bedside nurse for over 20 years and know how it feels. Burnout is more than just the latest “trend” in workplace culture. It is a real and present threat to your organization’s overall engagement and health. Taking Ms. Marie Pepper's class was the best decision I ever made. I never realized that there are so many remote nursing opportunities. The number of work-from-home jobs continues to grow, and nurses have many opportunities. I only finished one class and still have many more to go. I recommend that my friends read this book and take up Ms. Marie Pepper's courses. She’s a fantastic person with selflessness, always being there for her students. ❤️❤️❤️
