I am a weight lifter and am currently in a cut phase, so I am looking to keep my calories as low as possible to start reducing body fat. Unfortunately, I love to eat and self control is not my best friend. These things are a lifesaver. I simply take my dose in the morning and I don't even feel the need to eat by dinner time.Obviously do your research, read the ingredients, and make sure you are buying from a trusted source like this. My favorite part is that it does not cause that "speedy/chemical" feeling where you feel like you drank 5 monsters in a row. As long as I dose correctly, it doesnt make me shake or keep me up all night likes some others.I definitely suggest trying this one. That way you don't have to throw money away on ineffective ones like I have......

I only bought this because it was cheap and worth a shot. If it didn't work, I was only out $13, so why not? I've been taking these for like 4 days and I'm already not thinking about food all the time. I don't know if it's because I started my weightloss journey a few days before I started taking these or if these actually work but I take them before dinner, eat dinner, do stuff, eat a snack, and when I go to bed I don't think about food or feeling hungry or anything like I usually did. Every single day, I have stuck to my calorie plan and I havent felt sad or upset about it like I have in the past when I was on diets. I'll probably buy again because they're great for the price and I feel great and satisfied.
