This moisturizer is lightweight and doesn't feel greasy on my skin. It absorbs quickly. The packaging is very fancy as if it was sold in a spa. It is so pretty that I'm fine with leaving it out on the counter. The rose scent is light. I feel so happy when I smell it as I apply the lotion. I recommend this as a daily moisturizer. A little goes a long way so you will definitely get your money's worth out of it.

This is a nice, mid-weight moisturizer for your face and neck. I unfortunately found my skin reacted to it badly, I think because of the fragrance. It has a lovely, delicate rose fragrance, but my skin tends to be sensitive. I was disappointed it didn't work for me.If you have really dry skin, this probably won't be enough moisture. It is a nice texture and seems very high-quality, though.

This product is simply AMAZING!! I love everything about Elemis and rose! So this line is absolutely heaven for me! I get so many compliments on my skin! You will not regret any product from Elemis!!!

This is exceptionally hydrating. I have not yet worn it during the day (combo skin) so I can't speak to how it wears under makeup, but it was lovely as a night cream. It has a thicker consistency, but a little goes a long way. For how thick it is, it does absorb really well. I didn't feel like it was just sitting on top of my skin at all, nor did it leave my skin with an oily look.The next morning, after rinsing with water only, I didn't feel my skin looked or felt dry. This is no small feat for me, as I do have some health issues that cause persistent dry skin. I can also say this did not cause my rosacea to flare up, but your mileage may vary. I typically avoid fragranced face products; I thought this one only had the rose scent due to the ingredients, but it actually does have added fragrance. While I do wish that was not the case, it didn't cause any irritation.I'll just come out and say it- the price is steep. It does work well, but I'm not convinced it's worth $130.

This is my first experience with this brand. I had high expectations due to the price. I have tried several premium products in the past that worked no better than cheaper drugstore brands. I am A LOT more picky when reviewing premium products.The cream is very thick and luxurious feeling. Once your warm hands work the product in, it does glide like butter over your skin. I have combination skin (oily skin on my forehead and chin, dry everywhere else) and was worried that it would be too heavy to wear as a daytime moisturizer. It wasn't! For a thick moisturizer, it feels surprisingly lightweight on my skin. So, I think this one would be suitable for day or night.The fragrance has a nice, soft rose scent. I am not normally a big fan of florals but it isn't overpowering so I don't mind it that much.After applying the cream, my skin feels SUPER moisturized and I haven't experienced any dry skin or flaking since I started using this product. However, after using it for almost 3 weeks, I honestly can't say that I have noticed any reduction in my fine lines or firmness. I can 100% tell a huge difference in my skin's hydration level, though! It really feels sooo incredibly soft and smooth!

I’m not usually big on floral scented products but this one does smell nice. I have grown to love things from the Elemis brand and have not ordered anything from this company that has been less than wonderful. This cream feels deeply nourishing, and I can tell I have it on long after applying. It does not sit on top of the skin, but soaks in deeply. It is moisturizing, but doesn’t feel sticky. I have a dry, sensitive skin and this has worked well for me. I am very happy with this product and would recommend it.

I am a big fan of the original Marine Cream, and this is no exception- it is also really great. I don't really care for rose scents, but this one isn't bad. This provides really nice moisture on my 41 year old dry skin. Is this worth $140? Maybe, but you can pretty much find it on sale and I would absolutely buy it on sale.
