The Glacier Mint flavor is invigorating without being overpowering, leaving my mouth feeling exceptionally clean. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in gum sensitivity and bleeding, which speaks to its effectiveness in combating early signs of gingivitis. The ADA acceptance adds an extra layer of confidence in its efficacy.However, it’s worth noting that the mouthwash has a strong minty sensation that might be intense for some users. I love it!! I cannot tell if it's helping with inflammation since my gums still bleed with flossing sometimes, but it is very refreshing and tingles, and I can feel with use the tingling is reduced, so I assume it does help. It is way more refreshing than other brands I have tried, like crest. Highly recommended.

I’ve been using this for a while because I do have sensitive gums that bleed sometimes. At my last dentist visit I was ask does my mouth wash have fluoride in it? When I checked it didn’t!!! I called Listerine up on the phone and the woman on the phone says that particular one does not come with fluoride which I found quite surprising. I don’t know what’s in the gum, the gum therapy one that it wouldn’t also contain fluoride so now I’ll maybe buy two kinds and just alternate

My husband has periodontal disease. His surgeon recommended this mouthwash. It works well to keep his gums healthy and breath fresh. There’s no unpleasant taste. This mouthwash is a standard routine in his daily oral care.
