This product clean our RVs black tank and sensors. Poured it in and filled with water. Left for 3 days then drained and rinsed. Sensors showed signs of working during the 3 day cleansing. Highly recommend and will use again.

We've had trailers with black tanks for about 25 years, we've accepted the fact that the sensors are rarely accurate. My wife, however, would like them to be reliable. We've tried numerous products and methods with some doing better than others. With this product, following directions, the sensors read "empty" for the first time in years. However, after a week or two of use, the sensors were back to reading 2/3 full again, even though I emptied the tank. It does work and if you want to use it frequently, your sensors should be reliable.

I hope this is what worked on our RV black tank. Finally, once in a year and a half, the indicator light inside the camper showed empty! Then it didn't. So, I'm sorry, but I'm not sure this helped to fix our problem.Ease of use .. open the bottle and pour. Half the bottle at a time.Value .. not sure. All this stuff us expensive.So I think I'm going back to all Thetford products.

I have to admit, I used this product on my grey tank sensors. It didn't work. I called customer service afterwards. They told me it was for black tank sensor cleaning. But they did give me advice on how to clean my grey tank sensors. Best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you and will try again if my black tank needs help.

This stuff is amazing. This is the first time in years that my black tank registers/shows as empty. We did leave this product in a completely full tank for 3 weeks. HOWEVER, the accurate readings were very temporary. Two tank dumps later, we were back to inaccurate tank level readings. This is too expensive for routine use.

Use like the directions say. Worked for me. A handy tip is to put 4-5 gallons of water into the black water tank after dumping it and keep it there. Helps prevent waste build up in the bottom.

I bought a fifth wheel and the black tank sensor read 2/3 full. For over a year, I tried all the other tricks, but I put some of this in the black tank and left it for about a week, then I used the built-in black tank flush at the next RV park we stayed at, and I let it rents for an extra long time. Then it read 1/3 full.. so I thought okay. It's probably doing something !?! Then the next time we used the trailer, it read empty like it was supposed to!!! (Personally, I don't know if my husband was flushing the black tank adequately each time we used the trailer, but that's another discussion) 🤣🤣

used it per instruction and it did nothing and made things worse. empty tank was reading half full and after treatment and I let it sit there for 4 days and used a full bottle, sensors were reading 3/4 full after I emptied the tank. A total waste of money.
Black Tank Cleaned!
Just follow the instructions. My black tank sensors went from not working properly to working perfectly. I intend on using this product to help maintain my tank. Would highly recommend to RV owners.
