Works as advertised. Not the best on sweaters, but I guess I wasn't really expecting it to work on thicker fabrics, so that is why it still gets 5 stars. I have been using for quite awhile with no issues. I only used distilled water.

Steam does not come out consistently. I have only used it a couple times and only use distilled water so calcium deposits are not very likely. I may have just gotten a defective one. I do not recommend this item.

Was a little skeptical and thought it wouldn't work as described, but I was wrong, it works great. Definitely a must have for when traveling, for we all know these irons in hotels are not all good.

The media could not be loaded. I love how fast it steams up. It can be locked in steam mode where you don’t have to keep on holding button down or you can just also hold the button down the whole time you steam. Quite effective at steaming out the wrinkles. Lightweight and the water reservoir is sufficient for about 4 pieces (depending on size and texture of cloth).

I bought this product and I was very happy to find it at a good price, but when I opened the box I saw It’s broken, no doubt it wasn't broken in transit because the box is perfectly intact, just the product is broken, and the fact that a broken product was sent is shameful and disappointing..! I'm returning it and I won't return this text until I get my money back!
