It's so light and gentle on my hair and scalp. It also dried my hair in half the time my older dryer did. It was not a drugstore brand either. I am so happy to have this dryer. It met all my expectations plus some.

The dryer is too hot, doesn't always turn on and when it does is at a very low speed. I have thick hair but on low this dryer burns my head.

Best hair dryer I've ever had. Until this morning (year and a half later) when it got stuck on high and was overheating. Reached out to support, hopefully they will make it right.
