It's a perfect fit. Seat is alittle larger but easily changeable to any other bike style seat if preferred. I use it like it is with no problems.

This new seatpost is better than the original one the first one had very poor welding at the base causing the bottom base of the stem to open up ..west and tear the new one has a bottom clamp that's better ..the only thing wrong I see is the brackets for the base is plastic instead of aluminum and it carrodes and break apart but it's a better seatpost I use my bigger seat .

I was so excited to get this seat today. I am so disappointed because the latch doesn't hold the seat securely in place. Tried everything and nothing works. I got this seat cause having hip surgery soon and will need to sit on the scooter. I love gotrax and never had an issuensonthisbis very unfortunate I can't use it for safety reasonsUpdate.... Tried using the seat again my husband tightened the lever from seat to base as far as he could. Went down the road hit a small little bump and seat fell all the way down. Very scary... Can't use it anymore 😭

The media could not be loaded. I decided to get this seat for my electric scooter and it has made a world of difference in my commuting experience. The installation process was straightforward and took less than 10 minutes to install it.The seat is well designed. The cushioning is firm enough to provide support, but soft enough to make long rides comfortable. I've used it on both short trips and long rides, and my back and legs feel much more relaxed compared to standing the entire time.One of the best things about this seat is how it complements the scooter's design. It's sleek and doesn't add much weight so it doesn't affect the scooters performance or portability. Folding the scooter with the seat attached is still easy.Overall, this seat has significantly enhanced my riding experience. It adds a new level of comfort without sacrificing the scooters performance. This seat is a must have addition!

So I bought my GoTrax fusion basic scooter back in February this year and it was on sale for about $200 and some change without the seat ,so I got it as I needed some better transportation to and from work which is not too far from where I live. I stand up alot at work and am on my feet at work so I never got around to ordering a seat for my scooter and at the time I ordered one I couldn't afford the one that comes with a seat. So fast forward this month I finally decided to invest in one and I had high expectations as this would help alot after work when my feet are tired I can sit down for the ride home.Well I love the foldable design and that it's custom made for this model and has a screw and locking mechanism to make it feel more secure.However the seat is a saddle style seat and I gave it a rest ride and this seat was way too wide for me to even rest my feet on the deck even while I adjusted the height I needed, that wasn't the issue..It's a comfortable seat and the springs help alot with bumpy rides.but it's not really in my opinion a comfortable seat for this scooter.Maybe an e-bike but not this style.I will be replacing the seat with a much better one as your able to change out the seat and it's foldable function is not affected which is why I still gave it 4 stars.

I am still a little shocked at how easy the installation of this seat was, I expected it to be a little more complex but a 5 year old could easily get it done. It only took me about 90 seconds to install the stand for the seat, 4 screws is all it takes, and it is VERY sturdy.As you can see in my photos, the seat folds down just right to fit snug under the handlebars when they are folded down. Nothing has to be detached, and it is all said and done within seconds. This seat has been a game changer for me when taking long rides where I really don't want to stand the whole ride, and it helps balance the scooter like you wouldn't imagine. Padding is very thick, and quite comfortable, feels similar to a gel seat but not quite sure what material it is really made of.

I'm a little concerned about the sturdiness of the manufacturing. Mine arrived damaged I guess. The flaps that attach the seat to the bar just came off. I guess they weren't glued on properly....I'm getting a rush replacement sent, per Bolo courtesy. I'll update my review when I reinstall the replacement and see how this one works.

Seat is very comfortable and easy to install. I am not a handy person and I was able to put it on the scooter. I am very satisfied that is foldable. It needs to make sure the hight seat is adjust to fold the handle of the scooter. I normally use the bus as a daily transportation and I use the scooter between those rides. It works great.

This Gotrax electric scooter seat is a fantastic upgrade for anyone looking to add comfort to their rides. I installed it on my GXL V2, and the fit was perfect—everything lined up and the instructions were easy to follow. The seat itself is well-padded, shock-absorbing, and surprisingly sturdy even on rougher roads. The height adjustment works great, so both me and my teenager can ride comfortably. This seat is so easy to install and perfect fit for the GXL V2. It come with all the install instruction and tool. The seat was made by soft material so it’s very comfortable when riding. After install the seat, you still can quick release the seat and leave the base on the scooter, and folding the scooter easier when you need to transport.
