Very comforting for the first trimester and beyond for those of us with ongoing morning sickness! I prefer it iced with honey when I’m particular nauseous, but warm is also tasty.

First off, this tea is amazing. For almost my entire first trimester I would wake up feeling very nauseous and hardly had any appetite, and the nausea would come and go throughout the whole day. My sweet mom-in-law first got me onto this tea when she bought a box for me, and it's been the only thing that will calm my stomach down in a matter of minutes. I'll make a double strength cup, add a bit of honey, and within 10-20 minutes I feel 100% better! And it tastes amazing as a cold tea, too, so make up a big batch and keep in your fridge for extra! I also discovered that eating a small protein snack before bedtime really helped take away the morning nausea, too. Very pleased and will buy again!

We got This tea for when my wife was pregnant, and it did help but she wasn't the biggest fan of the taste. It did seem like it soothed her throat and called the heartburn which is good. I thought it tasted okay. It's a really good brand and really good company. I support them and I like them. I recommend anyone that has heartburn or is pregnant.

I really enjoy this tea. The flavor is actually enjoyable and refreshing compared to some other herbal teas I have tried. It doesn’t really help my heartburn go away if I already have it really bad but it does provide a comfort without making it worse like plain water sometimes does. I have noticed I can ward off really bad heartburn (acid burps included!) if I drink this as soon as I can feel heartburn coming on.

I had bought for my first time mother cousin, so once she started getting them maybe this would help. See I thought this was the best thing in the world or the idea of it, organic you know a plus! Etc anyways long story short morning sickness kicked in and we made for her... it made it worse and she barged more. I mean I'm not going to give a bad review just pointing out that ALL mothers and their tastebuds/nausea kicks in differently for different mom's. So that's pretty much what played out with this. I'm sure it would work for others just keep in mind the smell and taste, which both are REALLLLLLLY not to shabby, I would buy for myself just to try while I'm harboring a child ha but it's worth a try and it's organic not bad lady's.

The tea has a sweet aroma and goes down ease. It instantly made me feel better and eased my nausea. What made it even better was the sweet little notes on the tea bag string. My first one said “showing up means more than always having the right answer.” Maybe it’s pregnancy hormones but small sweet things like that just make my day!

In my opinion, it helps relieve heart burn, and upset stomachs. Taste is not anything crazy but it taste fine, not bad in anyway. I just have wasted two bags so far because the strings are tucked into the pouches and sometimes the pouches rip open when trying to pull it out, even very carefully.
