Perfect blend of omega 3 6 9 !!! Less than 2 weeks I began experiencing health benefits also gave me some stomach discomfort. I Google it and info I found recommended eating some fat so I did and WOLA !!!! No more side effects and when I eat healthy fats and then take this supplement around 2pm, it works for me. Before I took 1 in the morning and the second one lunch time to avoid stomach side effects issues. But when I took both at the same times with a healthy lunch with healthy fats and then took this omega supplement, my health improve much better !!! The first benefits I experience, better bowel movement, on the second week, my stomach got flatter, less bloating, anti-inflamation nice nice nice !!!and I noticed some weight loss. I workout 5x week.This omega 3 6 9 supplement work incredibly well to improve my health.

These supplements are great! I found out quickly when buying 3-6-9 supplements that you need to look closely at the oils they use because they can vary. These ones use fish oil, primrose oil and flaxseed oil which is exactly what we've been looking for!

They seem to be good. Only problem is we have to break them up? We can’t take two at a time. Otherwise we get fishy. Burps pills are pretty large, but nothing too bad.

After taking these pills daily unlike others that’ll leave you with a fishy after taste these do not. The pills are large and may be difficult for some, but overall easy to swallow in my opinion. After trying many other brands I have settled on bulk supplements as you seem to get not only more quantity but seem to pack more per pill than most other brands. From their powdered products to their pills all seem to be high-quality. I have been using their products for years now and have always been pleased
