My choice of desktop options to replace my 15 year old Windows 10 computer were manyI chose this one because of the 1-TB drive to hold the transfer of files and this one had an optical drive. Transfer took about 7 hours and now works great!!So far a good choice

My previous transactions with Bolo over the years have been pleasantly easy and free of any problems........this time it was horrible. I ordered the computer and it arrived on schedule and I was able to get it up and running the next day. It was great, extremely fast compared to my old unit that was dying quickly. I transferred all my files over to the new unit and everything was great....FOR ABOUT 30 HOURS...and then it died. I tried all my resources and also contacted DELL and researched everything on-line about the problem with no helpful suggestions. I decide to return it but now my files were on it and I didn't want to send them out with the computer. It took two days but I was able to get my files off. After and trying to get it started many times again it finally started. I took my files off and it ran for about one hour and died again. No sense beating a dead horse,Waste of I am returning it.

HAD SOME ISSUES LOCATING COMPUTER AT WHOLEFOODS , NOT SURE IF IT WAS MY ERROR OR NOT , BUT THE CARTON DID NOT WIND UP AT Bolo DESK AS i HAD NOT REALIZED I NEEDED TO PUT IT ON THE SHIPPING , SO I WILL ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY, PERSONEL WERE HELPFUL IN TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT . SO FAR AS OF THIS WRITING i HAVE NOT DETECTED ANY ISSUES OF CONCERN. HAD SOME DIFFICULTY SETTING IT UP COMPUTER WOULD NOT COMMUNICATE WITH MONITOR, NEEDED AN EXTRA DEVICE FOR THE VGA, HERE AGAIN I WILL ACCEPT RESPONISBILTY. SCHEMATIC PROVIDED BY DELL LEFT MUCH TO BE DESIRED IT WAS A WASTE OF PAPER , DISAPPOINTED SYSTEM HAS NO DVD DEVICE, HERE AGAIN i WILL ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY, i SHOULD HAVE REALIZED IT WAS NOT INCLUDED, HOWEVER i HAVE NEVER SEEN A PC WITHOUT ONE, COMPACT UNIT, THINK THE VALUE IS THERE, SEEMS TO BE FUNCTIONAL, i WAS ABLE TO REUSE ONE PRINTER, BUT CANON PRINTER/ SCANNER MX 870 NO MICROSOFT DRIVERS SEEM TO BE AVAILABLE, HERE AGAIN NOT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, MY OLD SAMSUNG STANDALONE PRINTER DRIVERS WERE AVAILABLE FROM HP WHICH NOW OWNS SAMSUNG.
