So we had one of these and it could be that my son did not put it together correctly, I now believe. We were sent a second one, and I assembled it. I paid careful attention to make sure that everything was screwed together properly. It seems to be a lot sturdier now. The thing that is absolutely awesome about this broom set, is that I was able to keep one of the lengths out. Why would I do this? I'm only five foot one. As a short person, I need brooms and broom handles that are shorter. The photos show this set up without one of the links on the pole going into the dust bin. It's absolutely amazing that I thought of this option. I'm so glad now that I have this.Because I won't be struggling with a too-long pole. This company really cares about their customers and providing a quality product. Yay XXFLOWER!!! I think I will buy more of these for other parts of the house. I love how the whole thing just stands up and tucks out of the way. How wonderful to have something like this in every room so that I can save on having to do vacuuming. I like that they come in different colors too!!!

I have trouble bending down due to arthritis and when I saw this I thought why did I not think of getting an upright dustpan before now. This is a cute little unit and it works great for all those little jobs that happen frequently. So glad the beige was the lowest cost as it was the color I wanted to blend in where it did not stick out visually. It is a very attractive shade too which also made happy. It was easy to assemble and the handles are sturdy, yet the whole thing is very light weight and easy to handle. It is the size advertised and looks smaller than the picture which is a good thing as I needed this for small jobs. Having one of these makes it a lot easier to pick up stuff that falls next to or under the kitchen counter and table.

I have long hair that sheds everywhere, and this broom is a lifesaver! It sweeps up dirt, crumbs, and even those stubborn long hairs that usually don’t stick to a broom. The dustpan’s teeth make cleaning it off super easy. It does get loose sometimes, but you just turn to tighten the connecting poles together.

Pretty decent and does the job but already cracked somewhat after a short period of time so I don't have my hopes up for it lasting too long.

The poles are in several pieces to begin with and it doesn't feel very secure. Some parts of this seem to be well made and then other parts seem very cheap. I like the tan color, but the broom itself seemed to be very cheap quality. And I read that the dustpan edge has a tendency to get messed up because I think it's silicone and once that happens it's almost impossible to sweep dirt into it. I like the idea of it being able to self-clean but I would need it to have one solid piece for the pole for both the broom and the dustpan handles. I did not keep it.

I like this broom. It’s a good height and the dustpan is really functional and easy to use. I like that it has the little comb to clean out the bristles of the broom. Lost a star because the actual broom bristles are kinda thin. Definitely could’ve been wider. Very easy to assemble. Overall good purchase

Easy to use and does a neat job. The handle could be longer for take people who need to bend a bit.
Height is not sufficient
The sticks are very short and people with 5 feet height can use them . In picture they showed 3 extendable sticks to each broom and dust pan. But they supplied with two sticks each. Useless for people who are more than 5 feet height
