Perfect for Theme Parks - Clear, Protective & Reusable!
These ponchos were a lifesaver at Universal Studios! We purchased them for under $7 and they were absolutely worth it. What I loved most was that they're clear, easy to us,great size,functionality was great so you can still see everything and take photos without struggling with the poncho. They kept us completely dry on all the water rides, and they held up great for both days we were at the park. The quality was good enough that we were able to donate them to other guests when we left so they could reuse them too. For the price, you really can't beat these - perfect for theme parks or any outdoor event where you might get wet!
Glad I had these for festival!
It is rare for me to not have durable, reusable rain gear, but I was traveling light for a multi-day camping/music festival during the hot season. These caught my eye and I’m glad they did, because we got dumped on! I was dancing shirtless with the sweaty masses before my volunteer shift was to begin, and I really didn’t want to be working into the wee hours in soaking wet underwear. These are very thin polymer (which is fine, lighter and less bulky). They are very transparent (I’m glad I am a lean beefy hunk of hippie, your sense of style may vary). Standing 180cm (5’11”) the hood could cover my bucket hat and extended to mid-thigh, keeping my shorts dry. I didn’t notice any smell over all the cannabis wafting around me. It’s sort of a sauna suit (not breathable in the least) but I knew that in advance. It performed admirably and when it was time to leave I tied it shut at the arms and head and used it as a plastic bag to carry stuff out the woods. When I got home I undid the knot, emptied out the dirty laundry it held, and found no damage. I’ll rinse it and reuse it!
Should Work Well!
A little on the thin side, but appear well made and should work well in a car emergency kit. Would purchase again.
Great Disposable Ponchos!
These rain ponchos are great! I bought them for our Disney trip so I would be prepared and wouldn’t have to spend a lot of money at Disney. We used these two different times on our trip and they were great! They were easy to carry around in a backpack and worked great in the rain! I will definitely buy these again for the next trip.
Useful emergency rain cover during travel
The disposable rain ponchos came in handy during a recent downpour in Venice. We were able to take them off and toss them when the rain finally stopped and our regular coats were dry and comfortable for the rest of the day. I carried the disposable rain ponchos in my daypack just in case and they definitely came in handy. They were worth the purchase and arrived at my door the day after I ordered them.
Cheap, thin, but gets the job done
I purchased these for a trip to Universal Studios, specifically for Islands of Adventure water rides. I selected this item because it conveniently had two kid sizes and two adult sizes (exactly what we needed) in clear. These were packaged conveniently for packing light (we only took carry ons) and stuffing in our backpack for a day at the park. Ultimately, these kept us significantly more dry that we would have been without them, but I'm not convinced they were worth it (even though they were cheap). These were advertised as being "heavy duty" and could not have been thinner. These were also advertised as being "reusable," but the plastic was too thin and fragile. We ended up giving them away after we were finished, because there was no sense in trying to dry and repackage them, nor would it have been worth it because the plastic had ripped. I guess they got the job done, but I would recommend you spend more for a better quality product.
Super convenient
I was looking to round out some backpacks for homeless teens when I thought of rain ponchos. We'd made and got them stuff for winter but I knew some of these kids won't have a home by spring and wanted to give them things to try and maintain their health. I got little first aids kits, but remembered how inclement our weather was last year and figured they definitely needed rain protection.These ponchos were packed into a sleeve about the size of a postcard and about half and inch tall. The price was great since I needed 24. I didn't have any extras to try but the other reviews gave me enough confidence to feel like I was really helping and not giving them a one and done use item. But these will fit anywhere, purse, backpack, glove compartment. They're light and the plastic sleeve/pack they come in is easily opened and reopened without damaging the integrity of it. Not sure how easy they are to repack (which is why I didn't open I was going to give), but if there's a will, there's a way.

It was just what I needed for the Sir Paul concert. Compact, good quality, waterproof, and comfortable.
