It did relieve me of pain in all areas(neck, shoulders and lower back). However I will say this, please make sure you charge it completely before using it. I don't care if it's on 70% when you get it fresh out of the box, charge it anyway. I also put it on the EMS mode to maximize the vibration. Once you set the timer, the mode and the intensity YOU MUST LOCK IT. They say big things come in small packages and no lie, it's true and easy to use and it made a huge impact.The stickiness was strong, though I would advise to order more pads as a back up. I was able to sleep a bit better but you will have to use it at least 3 times to get your body use to it.I hope this helps.

I have a compressed nerve at C7 that has caused intense nerve pain and affected coordination in my right hand and arm. This works just as well as the unit my physical therapist uses at my sessions. While I do my best to maintain proper body mechanics, I still have flares no matter what and this unit has really helped manage them. Super easy to use, it has a helpful guide that includes recommended settings for different areas, etc. The pads snap on to the leads, which is easy enough for me to do when the nerve compression is affecting my coordination.

It works way better than the one it replace of a different brand. It has way more patterns and intensity ranges, a larger selections of pads, you two seperate areas at the same time, and it's rechargeable and the charge lasts better than one with batteries that need replacing. You can also purchase extra pad assortments with many different sizes that are very affordable.

Love the design and easy manual that show how to use, what pads to use, where to place them and what setting can be used for 2 areas. Easy to store and will help with muscle pain. Fit in one small pouch so easy to bring around.

I’ve used two other TENS devices in the past, and at the time, I thought they were great. However, this compact TENS unit works just as effectively, despite not having on-screen visuals to depict the treatment sensations. Instead, you’ll need to take note of your preferred settings.Once you select your desired massage mode, you can set the treatment duration and adjust the intensity level. Personally, I like using setting #29 with a 20-30 minute timer and intensity level 14. I’m currently treating Insertional Achilles Tendinitis and use the 2” pads on the sides of my feet, avoiding the bone area where the tendon connects to the heel. The massage is incredibly relaxing, and the kneading motion works like magic. If you’re new to TENS therapy, you can start at a lower intensity and adjust it to your comfort level. As my injury improves, I plan to gradually increase the intensity to 15-16.This TENS unit can also be used on other parts of the body and comes with a booklet that provides pad placement recommendations and suggested settings. With so many options available, I simply choose the setting that feels best for me.Charging is easy with the included USB-C cable, though I often use my iPhone 16 Pro charger, which works perfectly. The built-in battery life is impressive—I used the device for three consecutive nights, totaling over two hours per night, and the battery still displayed a full charge. I’ll recharge it when it drops to one bar.A small storage pouch is included, but I prefer keeping everything in the original box since it’s compact. So far, this has been one of my best Bolo purchases. If you’re considering a TENS unit, don’t hesitate—this one provides the same massage sensation as the larger models with fancy screens, yet it’s more convenient and portable. I’m glad I took a chance on this compact device, and I confidently rate it 5 stars. This is my honest opinion.

This TENS unit is excellent. I’ve used many throughout the years (expensive units my insurance provided) and this one is equal to, if not better than my previous EMES devices. The electrodes that came with the device aren’t the best in regards to stick quality butI should mention that use this device during weight training and begin to sweat after a few sets. The device is comfortable on the body and sleek making it very easy to stuff in my pocket while working out. It weighs little to nothing as well so that’s an added bonus. The device is definitely durable being as I’ve dropped it a few times and hit it with a few weights.
