It took me about 45 minutes to put together alone holds a lot of shoes and keeps them nice and organized. The racks are plastic but hold really nice.

This is the best shoe rack I have ever bought. It is extremely sturdy and has tons of room for my shoes. The steel rodare a bit difficult to get into the holes fof the shelf but they actually provide you with a little hammer to help. Once I got the hang of it. It was quickly finished. I was short 3 connector pieces. I contacted them and received a response within an hour that they were sorry but closed at that time for the weekend and would contact me as soon as they were back in office. I received an email from them on Monday morning. They were very courteous and will be sending my parts express shipping right away. Overall I was super pleased with this item and highly recommend it and the company.

For an inexpensive shoe storage system, this works great. It was the right size and very affordable. It was much easier to build than other reviews suggested. True - there are a lot of parts and it really helps to have a hammer to secure the pieces while you’re building it. It is not difficult though. Just tedious. And I’m not particularly handy.

I’m actually getting rid of it not bc it bad quality or it broke easy I’ve actually have had this shoe rack for 7 years and I’m finally changing my rooms theme and it won’t match it but I’m giving it to my brother! Surprisingly it doesn’t catch a lot of dust and it was very easy to assemble.

I have a A/C window unit that is hideous and needed more room to store shoes. I never thought anything would be big enough to go around the huge thing! Its perfect and customizable! I have many extra parts so in winter time when i put the A/C in storage I will have extra shelves I can add. Yes its tedious to put together and the hammer is useless. Just push the tubes together firm but gentle with both your hands. Dont be lazy! Be patient so you do not bend a tube. I wear size 9 in Men and love Hi-top jordans and as you can see they all fit perfect. They give you different size tubes as well for womens boots and such. Its great for the money especially if you have an awkward place you need to put or over something like myself. Just meant for shoes so dont expect it to hold heavy items. Its plastic. Again perfect for us cheap people who want some organization. Lol

This was great buy. It holds all my shoes and husband’s shoes and the top rack is great for boots. Have had it for a couple years and it’s still sturdy even after several moves around the house.

I would really only use this for shoes or light weight home goods (TP + Paper towel).It was easy to build, no tools were needed.The only thing is it’s plastic and a little chintzy.

Easy to build. 14 of the shelves accommodate 2 pairs of men’s (size 11) shoes each. The 2 taller shelves fit 2 pairs of boots each. The top shelf works for more boots or hats. Sturdy. Looks nice. Really glad I got this one.
