I’ve been trying to dupe the Charlotte T. in PT Fair for months now and #23 is an exact match!!! When swatched together/side by side you can’t tell the difference and this is half the price!! It’s also a super creamy formula that goes on smooth and lasts! Highly recommend! I’ll be purchasing backups when it comes back in stock!

maybe it's me. bought Milano a couple years back and loved it. notsomuch now. not true to color. not long lasting as a lip liner (I thought that is what it was).....if not, my bad.
