We used these streamers to decorate for Trunk or Treat where our car theme was a "Hobbit Birthday Party". They were a hit! Not only that, but we can use them again for all our future parties. The colors are soft and pretty, very pleasing to the eye and they drape wonderfully. Tape does rip them, so it's best to hook them on something rather than use tape, but they are so lovely.

The quality is good too but I knocked off 2 stars because the colour is only on one side of the streamer so when twisted it makes it look slightly off.
