It’s strong and durable, sure to last, and installation is quick and easy. All installation fasteners are included, and it is designed to secure to door to the jamb. Exercise caution when mounting on glass panel doors not to damage your glass panel.

They are all 26 years old now and two of the mechanical locks no longer hold. For years I had been putting a wooden block or PVC pipe between the slider and the frame. Finally got tired of bending down every night and morning to put the block in or take it out. Bought one of these stainless locks for the upstairs door. It worked so much better I got another one a few weeks later for the downstairs door. All hardware is included and a snap to install at any height you want.

I replaced my fridge in the RV with a residential. With Residential fridges, they don't fasten the door.. so they can open while in motion. I used this little latch to hold mine closed. I was also concerned about putting holes in the fridge, so I used 3M VHB double sided tape along with this latch. It worked perfectly. also works to hold the fridge open wile in storage so mold does not accumulate. Perfect for my use.

The media could not be loaded. We have a backyard pool and have ugly alarms on the doors that we had to install when we had our pool built years ago. We stayed at a Ritz Carlton a few years ago and they had locks similar to these on the slider doors. We really like these. They looked a LOT better than the ugly alarm and we have ours installed at the top of the door so the little kids can't reach them. I am removing the ugly alarms. We just bought another one of these recently for another door. Easy to install too!!!

I was tired of constantly removing and replacing the stick used to keep door from opening. This eliminates that chore.Very secure. Do be mindful of where you drill holes regarding the glass.If I were to leave the house for more than a day I would throw the stick in the track.
