Is ok but it has a limit torqueI need it 10 to 15 lbs and this tool doesn’t have that

Although it’s not on the scale you can count the extra twists needed for higher values, it will do the job.In my humble opinion it’s pretty accurate given that I’ve done plenty of split units without one; it clicks where I’d have stopped.

I used this while installing a DIY mini split heat pump and I'm glad this wrench was available as the instructions really emphasize not under torquing or over torquing the connections. In retrospect I should have gotten the one that ranges from 5-45 ft lb as one of the fittings needed 40 and this one only goes up to 30 but at that point I had figured out what I needed to do to get the fittings tight but not too tight. The wrench was a confidence builder and I was able to get it next day. Thanks Bolo!As for accuracy I tried a regular torque wrench I have and this one set to 20 ft lb and they both seemed to click at about the same amount of force.
1.0 out of 5 stars Save yourself the aggravation and don't buy these junk torque wrenches
This torque wrench is extremely inaccurate. If I would've stayed with what it was reading, I would've damaged my mini split system, plain and simple. Do not buy it do yourself a favor go down to one of the big box hardware stores get yourself, crows feet and a torque wrench. You'll be much much better off because the stuff that Bolo is selling is absolute junk.

It works well, it's accurate and just what I needed. However... that little ball that locks the jaws onto the shaft has a spring strong enough to lift up a CAT D5 bulldozer. Use needle nose pliers to get it started and a pin punch to get it off. I'm thinking of just abandoning the case and making one to fit the wrench with the jaws attached.But it works. Well. I'm glad that I bought it.

The box that holds the tool doesn't work, it's not even the right box. The wrench can't fit into the handle, the little ball bearing doesn't retract, I had to force install it and now, can't remove the wrench from the handle. The torque is not accurate either. The price is very good though.
