According to the ingredient list on the bag these jelly candies do not use gelatin or agar as thickener; they are made with cornstarch, similar to Turkish delight. They are sweetened with corn syrup and sugar. The bag notes that the candy has been repackaged and the vendor didn't make the product. Apparently they buy bulk wholesale to re-sell under their name, which is fine of course. The bag says it was made in Pennsylvania.The candy is flavorful, the bite is a little chewy but that's how fruit slice candy is usually made. They use artificial flavors and colors but you're not eating these to add more fruit to your diet.

Loose, bagged candies. Little more flavorful than others but this shipment was old and stale. If these were fresh, it would be much better.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Not very good, they very chewy and dry. The flavor is not what I was looking for. Will not purchase again.

If you're good, yes it is quite sweet and chewy, yes it is quite bright in color and flavorful and it might not be what you expect but it is a mouthful so you might want to take a bite not trying to stick to the whole thing in your mouth as it is very sticky it's very good

These are not the "fruit slices" they look like. They are in fact, made more like Gummi Bears. IOW, the consistency is more GummiBear-like; Quite chewy they are.
