It blends in well and adds a noticeable protein boost, which has been a great upgrade to my usual mix. While the powder is palatable enough to drink with water alone in a pinch, I do notice a subtle flavor and scent, so I’d recommend mixing it with something like a smoothie or juice for the best experience.As for results, I’ve noticed my skin looks a bit healthier lately... though it’s hard to say if that’s from the collagen or just feeling better and more healthy overall. Either way, it’s been a positive change. I’m not entirely sure what the nicotinamide adds in terms of benefit, but I trust Thorne’s formulations and overall quality. All in all, this has been a worthwhile addition to my supplement stack.

We are routinely using Thorne collagen as a daily supplement. Does not add taste or aroma to any food item that i tis added to. Thorne collagen is a powder and seems to blend into hot beverages more efficiently than it blends into cold items such as yogurt or kefir.

I love this stuff and do believe it gives me more energy postpartum, but like other reviews, noticed I ran out before my subscription renewed. Over ann entire week! The second one that came, I measured 16g on my scale (the serving is one scoop or 16.85g) and it’s well below a level scoop. I’m canceling to optimize my money elsewhere.

I add this to my morning protein shake so I can't attest to flavor if you put it in water, but no issues in my protein shake. Love this product. Although I'm not sure I get a full 30 days out of it even with doing slightly less than a full scoop.

This is the only collagen I use and it is worth every penny. It mixes well and has a milder taste than other collagens I've tried. I mix it into my coffee every morning and can never taste anything. I do feel like it subtle improves the coffee body and texture when I whisk it in with my creamer. I started using it to keep my body feeling as good as possible (I push it pretty hard) but I really have noticed a difference in my skin, especially when I run out. It's one of my non-negotiable supplements.
