Gave these to my 8 year old nephew for Xmas and he had a blast. He thought they were the coolest thing ever. They look like they are covered in mud and you have to put them under running water to wash the mud off to reveal the color of the car. Once you wash it off, the mud does not reappear when they are dry. I wasn’t sure when I bought them if it was more like a color changing effect but no. It looks like real mud when you wash them and you keep them under running water until all of it is off. Such a fun reveal gift and experience to watch

It's so hard to find mystery type toys for boys. They had a blast with these. I thought they'd just be kind of like the old color changing cars with cold/hot water but they actually had to wash the "mud" off them which they liked a lot.

Lustiger Effekt durch den Schmutz, den man abwaschen kann, damit der Monster Truck richtig zum Vorschein kommt. Natürlich weiss man auch hier nicht, welche beiden man bekommt. Pro Karrosserieform gibt es aber 100 verschiedene Bemalungen/Designs, die sich mehr oder minder unterscheiden, daher selten einer doppelt 😉👍
