I was so excited to get this. It had been sitting in my cart and my husband just went ahead and bought it. I got them in the afternoon then remembered at night that I hadn’t taken them, yet. So I went ahead and took them before bed, and didn’t have as many night sweats. (I know, take with a meal. I missed that) It could have just been a fluke because I didn’t think it would work that quickly.Then, since I took the first dose at night, I decided to always take them at night. The second night I didn’t have any night sweats and slept pretty well. This is awesome. Even during the day, I’ve noticed a decrease in hot flashes.Last night was the third night. I took them again and slept for maybe 45 min. Then I was wide awake. I totally forgot about the energy part. Well that finally kicked in. Now I’ve been up. All night. Reorganizing and cleaning my house, trying to use up all this energy.Then I was hungry, so I decided to cook breakfast for my family and surprise them when they get up. Waffles, eggs, bacon, orange juice. Then I decided biscuits would be good to make. From scratch. And while I’m making dough, why not make some for bread, too? I can use it for dinner tonight. I don’t know why I thought that. I think I’m delirious, now.Ugh! How long does this energy last?! I want to go to bed but I can’t sleep! 😩Do not take this at night! Unless you work the night shift. But it is amazing. Maybe read all the directions before you just start taking them.

So I stumbled upon this product in my search for natural relief for hot flashes. I read reviews and gave it a try. The pills are slightly bigger than I like and if I don't take them with food I can taste them in burps, which is not a pleasant flavor. After about 5 weeks of taking these pills twice a day, I noticed a difference, my hot flashes were cut in half. Understand I was having about 20 plus hot flashes a day, it was miserable. After being on the pills for 6 plus months I cut my hot flashes down to maybe 2 a day. As a year of taking them approached, I began to get more hot flashes again, like the pills were not working. So I went completely off them for a month and a half, struggled with many hot flashes again, then started the menopause support pills back up taking two pills a day. After 4 weeks, minimal hot flashes, yay!!! This stuff is amazing and so reasonably priced. So happy this company cares about women. Thank you Nature's craft. I would like to add that once the pills started to work, not only did it eliminate the number of hot flashes but it also lessened the severity of a hot flash. Do not hesitate on purchasing this product, give it a try.

I had been taking Estoven for relief of perimenopause symptoms (mainly mood & joint pain), but decided to give this a try since Estroven had become less effective for joint pain. This supplement doesn't alleviate my joint pain at all & seems less effective keeping my moods in check. The fact that it must be taken with food is a deterrent for me. The directions do not specify if both doses can be taken 1x or if they must be taken one capsule 2x daily. I haven't noticed hot flashes or frequent trips to the bathroom, so that's a plus. They may have helped curb my appetite, but haven't done anything for my belly bloat. Good luck to all the ladies trying to find comfort in their own skin during this not so fun time of life.

After two days of using this product, my hot flashes went from a couple times an hour to about 3 to 4 times a day. After five days I felt the beginning of a couple hour flashes, but they inly lasted a few seconds. After about 10 days, no more hot flashes. No signs of flashes during the day or night. Now about a month later, no flashes in weeks. Extremely happy with this product! I've told friends about it.Also I've been sleeping much better, and my energy had been great.

Yep, I'm at that age already. Thankfully I have never had female issues but now that I nearing menopause I didn't want any to start. I started taking these to supplement the unknown side affects of menopause and I haven't had any of them develop. No big mood swings, hot flashes, or too much forgetfulness. I can't honestly say the supplements are helping in that area, but I am not going to quit taking them just to find out. I feel great and am thankful for an easy road so far. I have them on auto-ship so I don't run out.

I have only taken this for five days, but I already feel like it’s working. I am definitely less bloated and from the first day, my energy level has gone up! I take two capsules with food - super easy to swallow. After trying many other supplements, I would wholeheartedly recommend Menopause Support!
