I suffer from the swelling primarily in summer, so I was especially excited about the ice packs.Putting these on takes a few minutes, and you need some ability to bend and twist. Ok for me, but could be an issue for an older person. The velco is very stout. You wrap up thigh and lower leg/foot/ankle for each side and plug in the controller to the legs and wall. Then you turn it on. The compression is impressively strong and generally feels good during use.Sometimes I get the foot closure a little too snug and the compression hurts my toes. Generally, I sit in a recliner close to a wall plug in, plug in the controller, attach the ice packs, then plug in the legs. I elevate my legs and just read for the 20 minute cycle. Afterward, my legs have a bit of a buzzy/tingly feeling like after you've had a massage or been in a hot tub - quite pleasant and a dramatic reduction in pain. My swelling appears reduced immediately. Occasionally, I'll run a 2nd cycle.I've used this device for 3-4 months maybe 3 times per week with no problems. I keep the device in its box on the floor on the side of my recliner so it's ready to use - it is a large box and hauling it around isn't hard but might reduce the likelihood of one using it readily.It's a little noisy - my husband just turns up the tv a couple notches, but it's not real noticeable from another room. I feel like it's as easy to use as possible, given the design, but it can take some work just to get all the velcro adjusted and snug, and then removal takes a couple minutes too.

This leg massager has been a huge help for me. I am having blood flow issues, I use it nightly and it helps to prevent the blood from pooling in my legs. The customer service at ComRelax is awesome. They respond quickly to any questions that I had. I like the three options for compression. I started with level 1 and have moved up to level 2. Also Very easy to use and light weight

Nice thigh, calf, foot compression Leg massage.3 iece each Leg covers entire Leg. Comes with both left and right sets. Heavy duty. Small controller for power and massage type. Comes with gel packs to use as an optional cold/ hotUnder leggings. Only problem is there is a note on instructions saying for extra 2 yr warrantee to text back to address supplied. I.trief to email and call vendor to activate but I get unknown web site and no phone to call them.

These work great. I purchased these specific ones because of the hot or cold options. Feels good after a long day and swollen legs. I use the low intensity. I like that the plug in cord is long so I can use them while in bed. Also way better priced than any in store options I saw!

I purchased these leg massagers August 28th, 2023 because I was going to have hip replacement and I wouldn't be able to put on high compression stockings on my other leg during rehab. As it turned out, I was able to put the compression stockings on and only used these twice until this summer. Now with having rotator cuff surgery it was necessary for me to use these compression massagers due to not being able to put compression stockings on. But after only about 6 uses one of the cable ends came off which I replaced myself because of no response from the company. Shortly after that the opposite calf/ankle unit developed a leak so it wouldn't work. Again I notified the company about this problem twice with no response. For a product with 2 year warrantee, I would have thought this company could have at least returned my email (which is the only way to contact them). Enough said. People looking to purchase an item like this should avoid this product because I'm sure any of the other ones for sale can't be any worse than what I've experienced with these.

I almost returned this soon as I got it because it just looked so complicated. But we decided to give it a try and WOW, it feels so nice. i have chronic upper leg / thigh pain that makes life really hard. this thing really relieves pain and gives me a huge energy boost. and its not too complicated at all, just a lot of velcro. Essentially this is like a giant blood pressure cuff that covers your entire leg, from toe to pelvis. I've used it both laying down and sitting in my office chair. Both work great. They also offer a really generous warranty. so yeah i will be keeping this and enjoying it as much as possible!

Started using this product for leg pain due to long car travel and started getting some good relief with this massager. This compression massager works really well on our tired legs and really handy to use. Its easy to use and hand held controls are really comfortable to use it. Also it has different modes that really helps us to use based on the intensity and speed we need. Additional ice packs are quite useful for cold therapy and its value add to the product. The wires might make uncomfortable to use at first but then it will become quite easy once its get adjusted in correct position
