After purchasing a roll of this stuff, I don't know why you would buy the name brand sheets. Silicone is silicone; it's really about tackiness and price per foot. You get so much more for your money with this brand, and the tape is much stickier than the name brand sheets.I'm completely satisfied with this purchase. You can buy this tape without hesitation.

Used this product right out of surgery. I was concerned that when I needed to change the tape it would hurt- I was wrong! So easy to put on and take off and they stay all day. My scares cleared up within weeks. I highly recommend this product! It’s a great price and easy to use!

I have tried both the BoySea silicone scar sheets and the Nuvadermis brand. The latter might be more effective according to various websites, but the adhesive is terrible. The BoySea is rated just below the Nuvadermis, but stays on until I pull it off.So I would prefer to use a product that may be SLIGHTLY less effective, but actually stays on to do the job, than one that doesn’t.

I did not think my skin would tolerate a tape, but I found this to be very comfortable for my skin. It is a nice sized roll and should last me quite a while. I find it will start to slip if my skin is hot or sweaty, but if I take it off to wash my skin and let it air out, I can usually put the same piece back on for several more hours.

I have switched to this product from another one because it was less expensive per foot. On first application, I noticed that the adhesive was stronger and more difficult to remove from the backing than the previous brand (also made in China, but twice as expensive) and that some adhesive gel would separate and stick to my finger. This was slightly annoying, but it could be cleaned off.After leaving it on for 24 hours, I found that this product is really sticky, leaving bits of the adhesive on my skin, especially around the edges. It also sticks to the skin very strongly, making it difficult to remove. I would especially caution against using it if you have a sensitive skin for this reason.I am going back to the other product, as it was much easier to handle and there were no issues with the adhesive. As for the effectiveness in reducing scars, I don’t know and cannot comment.

I had foot surgery in April 2024 and purchased this to reduce scarring. This tape is amazing! The flesh color tape will also disguise and in addition with continued usage it will reduce scarring. I highly recommend!

Raised scar from knee replacement is already less so, thanks to this easy to use roll. Really good value for the cost, compared to Scaraway.
