I love Natures Craft Brand of supplements. This brand gives you a peace of mind when it comes to quality and 3rd party testing. The Berberine helps maintain my weight and helps to not cause blood sugar spikes, and also I love that it has Milk Thistle for my liver! I would highly recommend this product to anyone that wants to be heathier!

I completed my entire bottle of the Berberine 1200mg supplements and I believe it delivered on many promises. One persons review such as mine may have a similar experience or completely different. It goes without saying, even though I am saying it....everyone's mileage with supplements will vary. I took this supplement first thing in the morning with coffee most mornings, and noticed within the first week I had an increased heart rate that was noticeable and beyond the staple of morning coffee. It was good overall, and put me on the right energy track for the day. I believe these are non-GMO type gelatin vegetable based capsules that are common-place with supplements and flavorless...tastes like nothing at all to swallow them. Water weight loss and definite bloating loss was the biggest difference within the first 2 weeks. It may have been an afterthought, but after the halfway point in this bottle of Berberine, I researched the plan extract a little more, and has similarities with Turmeric, which has the anti-inflammatory properties. This is excellent for my mild arthritis and anyone else that has daily joint stiffness and prefers to handle in a natural approach.I would invest in another bottle in the coming weeks for sure. Do your before hand research, and determine if this Berberine supplement is right for you,,it just may replace something else in your daily pill routine. Discuss all possibilities with your doctor. Give it a try!

I ordered a bottle of Natures Craft Berberine 1200mg Weight Loss Supplement from the Bolo website. This product claims that it is a Metabolism Booster for Heart Health - Antioxidant Supplement and Immune System Booster for Liver Support Sugar Balance and Mood Boost. I am not sure why it is listed as a weight loss Supplement as well. After taking this supplement everyday for a little over 2 weeks, I have not seen any impact on my weight so I think it is a bit of a stretch to call it a weight loss supplement and this is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars. However, I have noticed that I feel better physically, and I have noticed an impact on my mood. It is hard to describe, but I just feel happier. I am not sure the impact it has had on heart health or immune system-these things cannot be measured without medical testing-however I do physically feel better so I think that it has had a positive impact on my health. The supplement capsules are fairly large but I had no problems swallowing them. I drank a full glass of water each time I took them, and I took them about 15-20 minutes before eating a meal since is what the directions said to do. I appreciated that the bottle is easy to open since I have severe numbness in my hands and have trouble opening things. Overall I think this is a good product and I would recommend it.

I was feeling dizzy and light headed after I would eat. Found out by my doctor that it was low blood sugar. So I purchase a blood glucose meter. many times after I would eat I felt as if I was going to faint. Had trouble focusing. After much research I came across Berberine, Must have went through 5 different brands. Then came across Natures Craft. Was very impressed by all the good review. The price was good. So I have been using it for a month. Wow It has made such a difference in my blood sugar levels. I two pills before meals. I get better results before than after a meal. I test my blood sugar levels after two hours of taking it and my blood sugar is perfect. No longer afraid to go out to dinner, out with friends. It has changed my life!

Someone's blog I was reading recommended Berberine, and I decided to give it a try. Not long after taking it, I noticed a significant decrease in my sweet tooth cravings. People were offering me sweets, and unlike before where I would say no but inside was saying yes, it was a solid no. I was just not craving the sugar. Loved this product, and recommend it for anyone who needs help refusing sugary treats.I did lose weight, but I cannot say it was due to this supplement alone. I have also been taking other health supplements and started consistently running 2 miles every day, so the weight loss would be from the combination. I would say this supplement could have been a small piece in that combination though. I am also naturally a healthy eater and did not have a lot of weight to lose, so if you are someone who cannot refuse sweets this might help with that craving significantly where you might see some significant results.Google and youtube Berberine and you can find all of the benefits :) Good luck!

I recently switched to try this brand of Berberine after reading about the effects of Berberine for health benefits and weight loss in women. This product was the best value for the money that I saw from all of the selections on Bolo.I’m very choosy about smells, tastes and pill sizes as I take quite a few supplements. These capsules were easy to swallow, did not have any noticeable taste or aftertaste and did not upset my stomach. However, I do take with food just to sure that I’m careful as I take it with other vitamins and supplements. I would definitely recommend as it does help with weight loss. So far, I’ve lost 50 pounds with lifestyle changes and supplement use since 4/2020
