This is a really solid and comfortable block. However, it will not stay in place with certain bars. Best with a thicker bar.

I used to use boards when I was powerlifting in a powerlifting gym. Now back in public gym and is an awesome product for working on triceps at the top of bench. Don't need anyone to hold the boards anymore.

These are awesome if your looking to add variety to your bench. Sometimes I’ll max out at different levels with this block or use it for accessory work. Holds my Olympic bar perfectly, not hard to get on at all. It’s a great replacement if you want to do board press but are working out by yourself. The block can also be used as yoga block.
