Double wood supplements are the best bang for the buck I've found. Very high quality for possibly the best price I've found in Bolo.As for the magnesium glycinate... it is possibly one of the best supplements to improve my sleep quality. It doesn't necessarily get me sleepy (although it does relax me a bit), but I found that I fall asleep easily and it increases my deep and REM sleep cycles (I track my sleep and the difference is clear when taking vs not taking). 10/10 would recommend.

I’m a person who hates going into a store and can’t find what I’m looking for, so Bolo will always be my go to when it comes to vitamins that I need. These vitamins quality is great and very effective. The ingredients are healthy and I they dissolves quickly and leaves no upset stomach.

This is the second time I've bought these. We take two before bed and sleep pretty darn well. The mag glycinate helps with muscle fatigue so I don't wake up with leg cramps (unless of course the dog has decided to post up where my feet go, then I hurt). Serving size is 1 veg cap. Easy to swallow, no taste. I only wish these came in a light-proof resealable bag. I feel like all supplements should do that, hence taking away one star. Definitely doesn't deter me from buying them, I'll be getting another one once my current bottle is up.

The best magnesium type to use for generally all purposes. I haven't bought it multiple times, not strong odor or taste. Helps me relax and sleep better. This comes with a huge quantity and higher dose than other brand.

Great valuation for a magnesium glycinate supplement! 400mg Mag. Gly. for this price is amazing! And it's only 1 capsule per serving. 400mg Mag. Gly. = 70mg Elemental magnesium, its just compounded together to be more bioavailable. I take this every night before bed and it really improves my sleep. As long as this product exists, I will be back when I need more, every time!
