Not bad as a melatonin sleep aid with added weight loss benefit. I have used a few different brands of these in the past and they are all pretty good. This one is no exception with one minor point; I deducted one star from sleep quality because I have noticed I wake up after only a few hours of being asleep, which only seems to happen when I’ve taken this sleep aid. To mitigate this, I started taking it only on nights when I am really exhausted but having trouble falling asleep, and on those nights it seems to be much better. Other than that, it seems to work great. Really appreciate the quantity for the price which seems to be a better value than other brands. As with all supplements, your mileage may vary, and always be aware of what you are using.

I had high hopes for this as someone who is both looking to slim down and loves a good night’s sleep. Upon opening the bottle, they had the worst smell, it literally smelt like a garbage dump in a bottle, but I thought maybe that’s just something to expect. For the first 2-3 days, things felt normal. I took I woke up looking—and weighing—the same amount, and I slept the same as I always did, despite this product supposedly having melatonin.But the 4th night is when everything started to kick in, and not in a good way. I took it the same as I usually do, and went to sleep the same as I usually did. But then, about an hour into snoozing, I jolted myself awake, the way the body does when it feels like you’re falling, and I instantly felt pain everywhere. I mean EVERYWHERE. There were parts of my body in pain that I had never experienced pain from before. I was sweating profusely, my vision was going in an out, my heartbeat felt like I had just finished a 15 minute non-stop run, I was shaking like crazy, and I’m pretty sure that for a brief moment I was clinging onto my comforter for life. And I was in this state all night.Eventually I calmed down but only slightly, and every time I drifted off it truly felt like if I had closed my eyes I would not wake up the next day. So I stayed up. The next day I felt so sick, I vomited at work twice and had to go home. I was feverish, shaky, and had the worst anxiety.I am a 5’4”, 130 lbs, 22 year old female. I have no medical conditions, allergies, or mental illnesses. I have never experienced such misery in my life from a supplement, or anything really. I stopped taking these pills instantly. I tried reaching out to customer support multiple times about my experience and wanting to know what went wrong, and never heard back. I’ve provided pictures of the capsules and what the powder in them looks like as well, because I thought they looked a bit funny. Please spare yourself and disregard the positive reviews, this supplement is a literal nightmare.

I dont know if is this product or something else, but i been taking it for 2 days and those days i sleep like a baby i woke up less in the middle of the night and sleep back quicker, i use another one that i have to take too pills and i still struggle to fall asleep, but with this one i only have to take one and it helps a lot, still i don’t know if is this or i was too tired but the days i took them i slept really well.

Okay, here we go! I have been taking this supplement for about a month now and I could say that it works great for me and I am very pleased with the results. The only thing now is that this product is “unavailable” for purchase now which I am kinda feeling bummed out about this. It has helped me not have cravings late night sometimes. Easy to swallow. Recommended item.

Gave me anxiety
Don't know why but when I took these, more often than not I would get insomnia and wouldn't be able to sleep. I'd feel really anxious and have to keep getting out of bed to drink some water to and try reset my mind. I won't be buying this one again.

i was super excited to have this supplement bec i wanted to shred a bit of those stubborn fats around my waist and at the same time get a quality sleep. BUT the first day i took this supplement was really bad instead of helping me get a good sleep i even have difficulty of getting one and seems like my sleep is very shallow. I thouhht it was just the first day so i took again the next 3 days and ITS THE SAME, i even woke up in the middle of my sleep for no reason like wanted to pee to something.
