I got this laptop for my cyber security class, and I highly recommend this laptop if you're looking for something powerful and portable. I did notice that when I got this laptop the screw was missing at the bottom on the computer which I didn't mind after all after upgrading the ram and heat sink and storage, I never had to open it back up. After using this laptop for everything watching videos, doing homework, and programming my father was in the market for a new laptop so after many good works I gave him this laptop so he can do meetings and documents for his company, and he love it and always uses it for everything so I might be in the market for another laptop and will be looking to purchase another laptop from these sellers so keep an eye out for another review.

it's my travel laptop. does well. I like the ethernet port. I like that it's lightweight. I should have gotten a larger drive, but ended up purchasing a second drive. I like the track point much better than the trackpads - I am old school. My only downside is the thing simply gets hot. It's hot on the bottom and hot on the keys as well when it's charging from dead to full. It's not the deal breaker, but is noticeable. We have quite a few of these in the field and we are happy with their performance.

Perfect size, fast, reliable and light weight. The screen size and clarity is great, love the anti glare feature! Play it outside under sunshine? easy. The keyboard click is very comfortable. Win 11 touchscreen smooth operation and functionality as well. Enough processing power to keep my applications run all day long. No problem to connect with external monitors. Great value for the money I paid.

It does what I need it to do. My last laptop gave out after 12 years, so I am obviously not the sort to chase the latest and greatest tech. This one should last me another decade or more.The touch screen works, but I may disable it, because that's not really how I work.

Really sad to say but my laptop always disconnected from WiFi and the only way to reconnect was to restart. What a pain and inconvenience!!

The product's not too bad, honestly. Ran into a snag when the board apparently decided to call it quits, but kudos to the on-site tech team – they swapped it out under the warranty. This all happened just a couple of months in, and I'd only used it like a dozen times tops. Gotta hand it to that warranty, though – it pulled through.In terms of what it can do, I'm pretty happy. Can run virtual machines and all that, which comes in handy for running a bunch of programming tests. So, yeah, the product's decent, and shoutout to the tech support – they were on point.
