    Really like this to use to start fitness journey. Paper is thick and not easy to rip. Enough space to jot notes where needed. Like the ease to put my own dates in. Great thought put in by creator to give user exactly what’s needed.

    This is an excellent fitness planner. Very easy to use, lines for all exercises you do, boxes to fill in weights, number of reps, etc. Its so important to stay consistent, and to remember what you did in the last few workouts. When you went up on weights, how much, did you do all reps with each set on “heavy” days. I was keeping up on a spiral notebook. This is so much better.

    I like this planner because it has some room in it for goals and measurements, and other than that it is pretty simple. You won't get lost in all of the other stuff some planners offer. It also has plenty of room for exercises and does up to 4 sets. I will purchase again when this one is filled up.

    This is a great journal to plan and track your exercise and progress. There are the daily workout journal where you track your starting and ending weight, exercise routines including cardio. I write in blood pressure before and after and blood sugar as well. There is a progress tracker by week where you track your weight, BMI, and places to track 5 other measurements of your choice. I track blood pressure, blood sugar, resting heartrate and number of different times I exercised for at least 45 minutes that week. Just like you have to have disciple to consistently work out, you have to have discipline to keep up with the journal. But they can compliment each other: the planner helps you realize if you are working out consistently or letting time go by. Then the progress record can be motivation to keep going once you begin to see results. My goal is to get the blood sugar numbers down so I take myself out of the danger zone as well as lower my resting heart rate to the 70's.

    I have found I do better and progress more with my strength training when I track it so this book works well. I tried apps but having to constantly get my phone out, unlock it, log the set/rep and then put it away was annoying.I have space for all my machines and can easily find the last time I did the machine so I don't waste time figuring out what my starting weight should be.The only thing I would say is missing is a hook for a pencil or pen.
