This is a really great product. I snapped the electric charging cover off my vehicle while back out of my garage (doh!). When researching how to connect the cover back to the piece on my EV, I came across this product. Gave it a try because, if it didn't work, I wasn't going to be out too much money. The replacement charging port cover is over $250.After spreading the epoxy glue around all the surface areas that connect the charging port cover and the connecting arm on my vehicle, left it to cure and bond overnight in the garage in 40F weather. The next day, I went to open the charging port cover SLOWLY, waiting for it to flex and break off. This epoxy glue worked like a champ and it is as solid a fix as I've seen it. If there's other plastic items that break in the future, JB Weld is going to do the job and save the day.Saved my $250 + labor charges to replace this. Best value I've spent in a LONG time.

I used this to repair the plastic mounting stem for one of the rear round shaped turn signal lights on the back of my tractor. The stem had broken resulting in the plastic light lens flopping over and hanging by it's wires. Kubota wanted over 75 bucks for a new light. This stuff did the trick and the stem is now secure with the lens strongly supported. To top it off the stem is black plastic- the same color as the bonding agent- so the repair is not even noticeable. I'm almost hoping something else breaks so I can use up the rest and it doesn't go to waste!

When I removed the lid, it shot out like a geyser, dousing my clothes in a black liquid that it’s impossible to remove. This unfortunate incident occurred with a new pair of clothes that I’m currently wearing, so please be cautious.

The only wrist mounts for my large cell phone use rubber bands to keep it attached and they block the camera's from being used. I printed a test holder that would grip my phone with it's rubber Otter case in cheap light grey plastic several times until I got the right fit. Then I printed the finished holder in dark Navy ASA plastic. I cut the rubber bands off of my wrist mount and used the JB-Weld Plastic Bonder to glue the ASA holder to the rubber base of my old wrist mount. I now have the perfect wrist mount holder for my phone that doesn't interfere with the camera's when rotated into position. This was very easy to mix and apply. It set up nice and solid.

Was thinking I would need to replace it, as the clip was so small and delicate. I decided to try this JB Weld first, as it seemed a bit of a waste replacing it.Mixes fine, doesn’t smell, and is easy to work with.Cure time seems longer than 15 min to me, but that may be because I had to hold it in place until set.Next morning the repair seems really solid. I applied extra adhesive around the repair for additional strength, as this is not a visible repair.Overall very satisfied.

Used this product as recommended by their Support Group to adhere to a vintage Bakelite leg for a broken hot plate leg (best hot plate ever, was my parents wedding gift. They do not make them like this anymore 4sure). 1/2 of one of the 4 Bakelite legs had broken off due to years of use. Was able to grind clean old material with a Dremel, built a mold and formed a new poured replacement. Worked great and I have used this on several other plastic type needed repairs.
